Very professional and responsive with quick turnaround on results. Explained the how’s and why’s of the sampling and test process.

Leon was very responsive, which I appreciated. I only wish that there was a bit more communication with the technician that was sent to do our inspection as the inspection was happening. Given that I was home the entire time the inspection took place, it would have been helpful if the tech showed me the areas of concern as he uncovered them instead of just receiving a written report a few days later. Make sure to ask as many questions as you have when the tech is there. Although Leon did a great job clearing things up later, it could have been a bit easier if the information was conveyed to me in real time. Overall, I would recommend this service.
