I am more than pleased with this company. Response time was impressive and words can not explain how thorough and informative Leon was. I recently moved into a home and wanted to get a lead inspection done especially since I have a 5 month old baby. Justin who did the inspection was very thorough and informed me every step of the way on what was being done and his findings. Leon then followed up to explain the findings and advise me on what to do in this nerve wrecking process. He went above and beyond to take his time to give me assurance on what needed to be done to re mediate the situation. I am extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and to give your family peace of mind. Excellent job!!!

Leon responded to my call immediately on a Sunday when we were worried about our apartment being exposed to asbestos in the warm zone after the flatiron steam pipe rupture. He came the next day and we had the results of testing the next day in the morning which gave us peace of mind. Leon was the ultimate professional. I would highly recommend.

Leon was very proactive and quick to answer all of my questions! We were told during the home inspection that our new house may have asbestos and he was able to conduct sampling with detailed report within 48 hours. Luckily everything came back negative and we are able to move forward. Very pleased!

Leon from Sky Environmental Services was very professional, responsive, and prompt. I was in the middle of some home renovation work when I found out that the tiles in a utility room that had to be drilled to extend the foundation contained asbestos. At that point I was concerned that other areas in the home that needed to be worked on could contain asbestos. I contacted Sky Environmental Services and Leon was very responsive. He came and took samples from the places where asbestos could have been used. He was very understanding and in addition to the spots that he identified took samples from spots that I had concern about. All the results were communicated promptly (luckily everything was negative). After having the asbestos tiles removed by a licensed company, I called Leon again for air quality testing. He was very prompt with the estimate and the testing was done with no delay so that the renovation work could continue with no major interruptions. I would definitely use Sky Environmental Services for my future projects and would strongly recommend their services.
