The owner called me immediately multiple times and instead of wasting my money gave me detailed and clear instructions to fix my simple problems. No one has ever done this level consciousness and professional consulting for me! Use this man. He knows his stuff and is super honest and confident!!

Andrew was great. Back around Christmas time my husband and I brought two of our dining room chairs and a desk chair to him for repairs. The dining room chairs had cracked from age and use and were originally from my husband’s great grandmother and the desk chair had been built by my grandfather. My boys (6 and 8) had used the desk chair not as a chair (you can imagine how that went) and the back broke off. Andrew fixed them all. He was prompt in his communication, clear about the cost, and kind in all of our interactions.

Andy was wonderful. He came to the house to evaluate the damage, gave me an estimate that was within my budget, then took all the items with him. He completed the work & returned the items within about 4 days. He did an fantastic job & all the items look great! Andy was pleasant & friendly and his workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend his services.

The owner discussed my furniture repair problem multiple times before I was convinced to take over the furniture. But it was his professionalism that earned my business. He did the work in the time stated and at a very fair price. I recommend him.

I called and left a voice message for Andrew inquiring about having my dining room table fixed. I had spilled some nail polish remover and it ruined the finish. Andrew called back within 10 minutes and we talked about the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't something that could be fixed easily and was beyond what he could help with. He did offer alternatives and even suggested other refinishers that would be able to assist. While I didn't have any work done by Andrew, his suggestions and offers were professional and helpful and I'm sure, if I have need of his service in the future, that I will be calling him back!

I'm not an easy guy to satisfy. I was totally satisfied with the service. Andrew listened, was very polite and took his time. The quality of his work was excellent. I will refer him to anyone who needs his quality service.

Highly recommended. Professional, competent, courteous and quick. The job was done in one day and Andrew not only delivered the part that he had repaired but he was kind enough to help my wife set up the bed.

Andy was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and was to our home within a week of our initial contact. He had me send some pictures of the damaged furniture first and gave me an estimate. He did the work for the exact estimate and did not charge me more than what he quoted. He did an excellent job repairing our bedroom furniture and our entertainment center. The bedroom furniture has a very high gloss lacquer finish which had some chips that needed to be filled in and color added to blend with the wood grain finish. Andy did an excellent job! Everything looks brand new! We were very happy with his service and would not hesitate to use Andy again in the future if we need any other furniture repairs.

The amount of damage was too great, but he promptly recommended me to a company who could repair and reupholster it. Very upfront and honest.

The job was completed in only an hour and now the repair is invisible, blends right in with the rest of the surface! Upon contacting the Wood and Leather Doctor I received an appointment for the very next day. Mr. Wax was friendly, knowledgeable about the necessary repairs and seemed experienced. He cleaned up neatly after the repair. I would recommend him!

He did a great job. He was very clean, and punctual. He ran into a slight problem because we were a bit further than he anticipated, but he kept in good communication with us. I am happy with the results of his work.
