SImply put, do not waste your time with The Cleaning Authority in Mount Laurel. We hired them roughly a year ago, and while they impressed us enough at first to keep them, they reached a level of being comfortable enough to do as they please. Punctuality and scheduling are VERY important to us, and the staff would CONSTANTLY arrive late every 2 weeks. When we would ask if anything could be done to prevent that from happening, we were told to call the main office. When we called the office, we were told they had no control over appointments before ours that ran past their scheduled time. In other words, live with it. In terms of the actual house cleaning, 2 women would come every 2 weeks. At first, they were fine, they did their jobs but were out in an hour. To this day, we don't fully understand how anyone could clean our house thoroughly in an hour and consider it done. Our scheduled time was also right before lunch hour, so maybe that explains it. Anyway ... things progressively went downhill as different parts of the house were missed. We're not talking an area under the bed or a corner of a room. The bathroom floors were being overlooked, their vacuums couldn't pick up anything, and our kitchen looked like it wasn't even done. All of this and the fact that they just talked to each other the entire hour. Enough was enough. Their price was a bit cheaper than others I found, but the old saying is definitely true, "You get what you pay for"!

Toilets and sinks seem to be cleaned well, but the mirrors are sometimes missed. They must have the worst vaccuum in the world. I often notice things that did not get cleaned after they leave. I am looking for a new service provider.

I was very satisfied with the employee who cleaned my kitchen. She did a thorough job. However, the one who did my bathrooms the quality of the work was awful especially the upstairs bathroom. This bathroom was the dirtiest. She only mopped the floor if she even did that. It still looked dirty. So, I got on my knees and started scrubbing. The dirt was absolutely black. She did not the doors to the cabinet and the baseboards were dirty. The cleaniness of the tub and tile work were mediocre. I had hired them based on the "detail cleaning" they offer. This was not detail cleaning. I will never use them again.

They do a good job. I have been using them for about a year and a half now. I would highly recommend them. They are always on time and reliable.

Appt. for 12:00p - 2:00p. Showed up at 2:40P. 2nd appt. in a row. Left some work undone, e.g. some areas of the hardwood floors not cleaned, blinds not dusted and other little things. The girls are cordial and courteous and usually well equipped. I think they over book them at times (not sure). Have had similar issues in the past. They are inconsistent. We've had excellent cleanings and then just mediocre at other times. The schedules are getting to be a problem as they arrive late or at the very last minute of the appointment time.

I travel a great deal for work and hired the service to clean our house twice a month. We had a crew for a long period of time that was great. Over the past few months, we noticed that the service was poor. There are weeks when one areas of the house are the focus. Last week baseboards and windowsills; when the team left there was clearly no cleaning of the baseboards or windowsills; as well as cobwebs they missed multiple times. I'm here today to find a new cleaning company because this one is marginal at best.

They don't do everything on my list that I made for them. They were in the house only an hour and didn't do a very good job. I wasn't satisfied on anything.

Our first cleaning was very well done -- the house was clean, tidy, and all household items were in their proper places; definitely an improvement over our previous service! We are looking forward to our continuing service.
