He charges $10 per cut. I like the cost and they do a good job. I don't like that I really don't know when they are going to show up and I don't like that he just wedges the bill in the front door. It is not professional. I had an issue where it blew away and he tried to charge me a late fee. I still use him because it is only $10.

The majority of the leaves in our rather large wooded yard were raked for township pick-up in November, and the work included a significant amount of pruning and brush removal, all for the price of $400, two men working almost five hours. The yard was spotless, free of leaves, sticks, brush, broken branches, and all the bushes and lower trees limbs had been cut back. Unfortunately, the contractor I used previously was not available for the final leaf removal in January. So I decided to try Joe Festa. What a mistake, and one that I will not allow to happen again. I had called and requested an estimate from Joe Festa for raking the remaining leaves to the curb for pick-up. This would have been the second leaf raking for the fall, and consisted of a single layer that had fallen off the trees since the end of November. He came to the house without notifying me in advance, and I was not at home. He convinced my 82 year old invalid mother to let him blow the leaves out of the driveway and front walk. The leaves were not blown to the curb for township pick-up, and very quickly blew back all over the yard, including the driveway and front walk. Basically, the $250 spent was a waste, and I believe he took advantage of my frail and aged mother! Comparing the two contractors, the quality of work, and the price, I am surprised Joe Festa is able to maintain a business. I wish I could reveal the name of the first contractor, but he is overwhelmed with business and chooses not to get on the list.

He is here like clockwork. He is on time. He puts enough mulch down. Also, he is a very friendly individual and goes out of his way to help. Just tell him what you want done and he'll do it.
