Tim was great and very professional. The company was also great and had someone out to my house in 2 hours where other companies would take over a day to come out were going to charge double horizon's diagnostic fee. Will always use them going forward

Perfect from beginning to end. Horizon may not be the cheapest up front, but their service was amazing. Also, they did stick to their price guarantee. When they discovered I needed additional equipment they did not charge me.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable salesperson and efficient tech performer the installation. They gave me all discounts possible. You pay slightly more than a few other cheap companies but the warranty and quality is definitely worth it. Would use again for sure.

Job was done fast. Worker was here a total of 15 minutes and most of the time spent was trying to get his Ipad to work. Actual work took less than 5 minutes. Price was high. Initially he wanted $145 but said he gave me a $50 coupon (which he said he doesn't give out often) I had applied for a deal on Angie's for $49.50 but that was for a service call which apparently was waived when work was performed. Overall, work was done great, a little pricy considering such an easy fix.

Technician Lee was on time, wore protective gear, found the problem and explained everything. We were very pleased.

It went terribly. Horizon did as they said they would, responding quickly and getting us a quote and would complete the work soon. But it was OVER TWICE what several other services quoted us. We got the work done for about 40% of what Horizon said. PLEASE SHOP AROUND!! They prey on our desire for great service.

Good. The person was very good at what they did and fixed it well. My only thing was they obviously like to charge high at first and see if it sticks. The first quote they gave me was $411 which was way high compared to others. But as soon as I said I would think about it and not do it that day the price fell mysteriously right down with the others around $175. They were probably hoping I would just take the first cost. Since it didn't stick they went to the reasonable cost which I went with. We'll see how their work holds over the years ahead.

They found the problem quickly. The tech was professional. They charged 89 to come out and 327 for the work. Whole repair was maybe 15 minutes, including the time it took for him to go to the car to get the part. I researched it after the work was done and the part can be purchased for around $20, and it is nothing but one screw and three plugs. The tech let me apply a $50 off coupon so it brought the total down $372. I found out the average cost for work like this is 120-150, which is reasonable. There is nothing fair about a price that is over double the average cost. I will not use them again and will be cancelling my future scheduled appointments for maintenance.

Horizon came out to give us an Estimate. The estimate was ridiculously high, and with no explanation of a detail of charges. They kept telling us that their computer tells them that for that job it would a certain amount Tried asking for more details, but they couldn't give us any, plus they got an attitude because we were asking questions. It was as if they didn't want to do the job, and gave us a high estimate on purpose. Their estimate was $1900, and we had another plumbing company come out to do it for $400

It was great, they were on time and did a good job. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent communication, came when promised, very professional. However, $175 to replace two shutoff valves seems very expensive to me. They were here for 30 minutes tops. I will shop around next time.

Jesse arrived within 2 hours of my initial call to Horizon. He was very professional and worked quietly and proficiently. It was exceedingly hot in the attic where the unit is located. He was very pleasant even climbing up and down the ladder into the extreme heat of the attic. I was and am very impressed and pleased. Thank you!

The service was excellent. They arrived on time, made sure everything was kept clean and did a great job. Gary Haws was excellent. He explained everything and cared about his work and his customers. I would highly recommend Horizon Services and plan on using them again.

Kenny from Horizon was very professional and a great guy. I appreciated his insight. He was just doing his job. He was very pleasant. However, I was disappointed in a tune up amounting to just a check of voltage on my motor and capacitors. I thought there would be cleaning involved and an adding of a pound of freon to my unit as advertised. That didn't happen. I received an estimate of over $700 for the replacement of 3 capacitors. I could replace all 3 for under $50. To charge $650 labor is raping the customer. Then the blower motor (that is NOT multispeed) was estimated at about $1100 replacement. The motor costs $210. So again...I feel raped. For a charge of almost$900 for labor. Unbelievable! I've lost my trust in companies that are so money hungry that they lose sight of reasonable business. I will now change out my own parts as I have no confidence of reasonable pricing. Maybe people can afford to be overcharged about $1100. I can't and I won't if I can help it. Next time I'll use my own voltage meter and check my motor voltage and resistance on my capisiters myself. They should be paying me for their so called "tune-ups" as they are only a ploy to pressure you to buy a new furnace/AC system. Ohh and they won't install a new furnace to an old AC unit and Visa versa. That's what the guy told me. Are you kidding me? He told me it would cost$11,000-17,000 for a new system. My father in law just replaced both for $9,000.... So again a minimum of $2,000 overcharge. Nope, Horizon, your scam won't work with me. I'll be glad to tell everyone I meet and show them your ridiculous estimates!

All went very well. Our Technician, Ken, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He went straight to work, had everything checked out and when he was done, he was so neat that I didn't even know he was ever in the house. I highly recommend Horizon Services. Our cost was $89 and that included the heating and air conditioning check up.

Great. I was almost out of Freon. Filter needed to be replaced. Huge difference in cool and how much air is coming out of vents. He also cleaned the vents on the outside unit.
