I specifically asked that quote be detailed, showing the cost of labor and materials. Was told after a lengthy presentation that they don’t do that. The “quote” consisted of a number written on a piece of paper. This number changed significantly each time I declined. $7000 difference between 1st and last “quote”. I will definitely pass on this shady tactic.

Persistent calls!! I got a call back and I told them I needed a quote to replace some doors, a limited scope project, but they wouldn't schedule an appointment unless my husband was also going to be present. This kind of sales pitch I told them I wasn't interested in and if that's something that they felt they needed we should part ways. So we did, or I thought we did. I have gotten two more calls/texts and I have a more missed calls from the same area I'm assuming are also from them since I don't know anyone. Don't give them your information unless you want persistent calls. On my last call saying we aren't interested, they said please allow for two more calls before my number comes off their list which is outrageous since it should have been removed a week ago.
