They did a great job. The door looks great.

The salesman, whose name I’m unable to recall now, was a “typical” salesman. He had his thick binder with all types of news articles about the the competition and the various types of warranties. I get it, you wish to inform your customers so they can see the difference in what your company offers. However, his “presentation took way too long. My wife and I were under the impression that someone would come over, take measurements, explain the mill work needed(perhaps) and offer us a competitively priced door for our deck. After approx 20-30 minutes of presentation, he finally mentions the doors they use, which was a very expensive customized door. I IMMEDIATELY asked him if that’s the only door they offer and he said yes and proceeded to justify the cost. I politely told him that, that’s not what we’re looking for as well as not being in our budget, thanked him for his time and told him no thank you. From this point, he continued to justify the cost for another 10 min, then attempted to show me a YouTube video about the door. I told him no thank you again, and stated that my wife and I have an appointment elsewhere. It’s as if he didn’t care. He showed the sample of his door and tried to explain the construction of it; He asked my what was my budget, he’ll drop the price to cut into his commission, etc....this guy would not quit. Finally I stood up, and was about to escort him to the door and my wife came in and said his car was blocking hers and she needed to leave. While packing his material, he’s still taking. Not EVER again will I use this company.

Some things they did I did not like but overall the work was done professionally.

Very professional.We replaced all windows and front door with new storm door. The price was reasonable and the best part is there is a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor.

They do not install new andersen construction windows
