I was very pleased with the entire process. They called and emailed me to confirm the details of my order before it went to production so communication was very clear. They were accurate with their approximate installation dates and called me to confirm my installation appointment. The installation itself was quick, they showed up on time, showed me how to work the new windows, gave me the warranty, and left my house spotless like nothing happened. My new patio doors look great and slide so nicely even my guests commented on it that evening. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

A slightly tricky installation, but they handled it with skill.

They were very professional. Came in and did it in steps. Removed all the windows needing replaced, did all the exterior trim required for all the windows, then put in each window, and finally sealed all the windows. When he was done, he went around and ensured that everything was cleaned up and all the windows operated as they should.

The salesman that came to our home wasn't a pressure type sale. This was nice! We didn't get a bunch of unnecessary calls either. The door is wonderful, and the warranty well worth it.

The salesman and customer service were great. However, I never got a call when the windows came in ready to be installed. I had to call to get that process rolling. So then the installation appointment was scheduled. They gave me a window of 11am to 1pm two days from when I called them. The day of the install, the workers showed up 20 minutes AFTER the window of time. Then it took them 6 hours to install 7 windows. I was under the impression that it would take them about a half hour a window. They replaced the windows on an 80 some degree day in August. I only have window AC units, so being without AC while I waited for them to do work. Ao it got very hot and humid in my house, not to mention a ton of flies took up residence with all windows removed before they installed the new ones. I almost felt like my home was being invaded! Haha! But i guess that is the nature of the work. However i was told that most of their work would be done from the outside, but that was completely untrue. They were inside a lot, probably because my two front windows are hard to get to on the second floor, because i have a roof overhang over the first floor due to a front porch. When they were finished with their work, they gave me a quality control report to fill out. Basic simple yes or no answers. But I didn't get a real chance to look at any garbage left behind. I found pieces of broken glass on my back patio as well as old insulation. Not good for someone who has a dog. They had to chisel away some cement by my front window, but did not clean up the debris that landed on my baseboard heater. And worst of all, they never asked me for access to the backyard. I have a garden fence, and I keep the gate locked because it won't stay shut properly. I could have easily unlocked it for them. However, they removed one of the fence panels, lost the screw to the post as it attaches to the stake that goes in the ground. We had to buy a new stake just to get another proprietary screw. Mind you this is at 8pm on a weeknight, because they didn't finish their work until 7:30pm. I kind of wished I was their first appointment of the day, because I would have had time to clean and fix everything behind them. They were supposed to clean during up, but they did not do a good job of it. Giving them 3.5 stars is me probably being nice, however the windows do look great and the hard work they put in installing them is definitely of high quality. They lost points in clean up and communication.

It was great working with the sales representative! His insight and experiences in the industry gave us the only reason to use them as our windows replacement company.

High pressure, higher prices which they try to then negotiate down. Did not hire for these reasons.

First of all after it was all said in done, the sells man I feel lied or was not knowledgeable about the installation of the windows. He was saying all of it will be done from the outside. Which that I knew was alot of work for just outside so I had asked him again to make sure I heard him right. Another thing is the windows just feel cheap compared to the older windows. Maybe I’m just not used to newer materials. Other than that we had 14 windows replaced, one sliding door, and one french door replaced, and got a lifetime warranty on everything. With that much being replaced we have noticed a huge difference in temperature control in our house.

Castle window’s did a great job in my house. Everything beautifully done. Guys showed up on time and did a quick job. Little extra $$ than others but worth it. I will recommend them to my friends and family ?

I would have given Castle a 5 for all phases but we were put off by the original contact salesman. He was over the top and pushy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself a lot of stress and wasted time!!! It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for 2 screens to be fixed. 2 screens! They have been “repaired” and returned to me still ripped and broken! 3 times! And calling is a nightmare. Not only is it unconvenient but the women are RUDE and hang up on you. They schedule you only to call and reschedule you AGAIN. This company is so beyond incompetent it’s amazing they are still in business! The management has promised to handle this matter himself and he promised to have my screens picked up Monday. Monday I wake up to a message that they need to reschedule to Saturday! Nobody here knows what they are doing, I have NEVER dealt with such idiocracy and unprofessionalism in my life. I wouldn’t refer this company to my worst enemy. They have caused me and my family so much stress. I suffer from MS and have a busy schedule with Dr. appointments and this company has made me miss appointments and cancel appointments so that I can be here when they come, only to cancel on me last minute. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company!!!!!
