The team was great. There were four workers. They arrived early and worked really hard for close to seven hours. I had all of my windows and doors replaced. They were very professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I am so glad that I went with Castle Windows, I am so happy with this company! In fact I had my neighbors ask me about them also. They were so impressed with their work ethic!

I specifically asked that quote be detailed, showing the cost of labor and materials. Was told after a lengthy presentation that they don’t do that. The “quote” consisted of a number written on a piece of paper. This number changed significantly each time I declined. $7000 difference between 1st and last “quote”. I will definitely pass on this shady tactic.
