Castle - The Window People

Sales rep. was well versed with the product. The product was ordered and installed well within the time frame that we were promised. The installers were prompt and did a wonderful job. Castle wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either.

The windows seem to be a quality product. Time will tell. The company workers were excellent. They were concientious and competent. Thy were also friendly and courteous. I am very pleased with the installation

Love the windows.The two guys who came, James and Cody (I think that was his name) did a great job, Cleaned up well. And over all it was a good experience. Unlike our roofing experience.

Castle was not the cheapest window, however, they were appealing in there price, it was affordable. Their communication was very bad on certain occasions, so that's a difficult one to rate. The people you deal with on the phone are very pleasant, they just don't keep their commitment to call you back when they say they will call. The installers, very good. The repairman or serviceman that comes, very, very nice. Not fully educated any of them in how the windows actually work so it's difficult to answer a question from them or get them answered that's going to be satisfactory to help you manipulate the window or

Only at the contract stage which was signed yesterday. Installation will not be until the door is manufactured, a 6 to 8 week process. Specs for the door exceed commonly available materials. This was confirmed by speaing with independent wholesale building supplier. Also, door is custom made. Lifetime guarnatee on materials and workmanship, 7 years on paint. However, company tried to substitute lower quality door than the one specified in the contract. After heated discussion, orignal specs met with new door. Order was still worng and had to have glass inserts replaced. Office staff does nto return calls.
