Life time guarantee is great

Five of my window frames leaked after every rainfall after being replaced by Castle Windows. Had to resource to lawyers advice after 3 months of no action or response. Only then did they send someone who just placed a dot of sealing glue on the corner seams of the windows. The repair which took a total of 15 minutes for all five windows was explaining by the gentleman that came as a common occurrence due to a faulty finish in the assembly line.

Our new window installation was a breeze from start to finish. The windows were delivered on time (weeks sooner than others would have been able to deliver) as promised. The install team did great work. They worked cleanly and diligently. They cleaned up completely after they were done. We are extremely pleased with our windows - highly recommended!

I had some issues with my initial installation but Castle’s customer service team (shout out to Chuck) was exceptional in finding a quality solution!

Mr. Anthony the representative was the one who sold me on buying the Windows and Doors. At first I was not sure what to do but he was so PASSIONATE about his job and the LOVE he expressed for the company I thought it was his company. He went over every detail with me and made me feel comfortable about the purchase. I purchased 15 windows and 2 doors and 2 screen doors. I love the way they make my home look. I have received so many compliments. The price was affordable considering the quality of the windows and doors. I called other Window and Door companies but they were not offering what Castle Windows was offering for the price. I do not spend money so easily because I do not TRUST a lot of people, but I am so grateful that I made this choice. My windows and doors were installed on October 10, 2021. The workers that came out to install the work were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I am considering purchasing siding. Thank you Castle Windows.

Great windows

Beautiful door, great prices. They rolled with the pandemic and still delivered a great door (while masked). We've had it over a year now, and we get so many compliments.

Constant excuses, no follow up, had to badger them to install my doors after a home invasion( Was promised a two week install time took 3 mos)

The install was done considerably well but the follow up customer service to repair the doors could?ve been better

The installation was fine, but the clean up was awful. There is caulk in the bedroom carpet that I can?t get out, and I?m still finding hardware (screws, bolts, etc) around the property. There was caulk on my antique sewing machine, as well.

Zero accountability Zero customer service - you get passed along from rep to rep - no manager and literally waited for over 45 min on hold They Only answer when you request an installation Window glass is failing (gas visible) Screens are failing Install was done so poorly that window sills are failing Sliding door installation - left messy white caulk all over exterior newly painted house, used caulk instead of capping They sent two people out to address issue - one to Measure and one to fix. First guy took wrong measurements. Second one showed up with one window instead of two and it was the wrong size . Although it was in their notes, they did not have screens, appropriate windows or window sills. The installer that did show up (without materials) said that our sliding door was the worst job heâ d seen - that it looked as if it had been slapped in the wall with caulk. A lifetime warranty means ZERO if it is not held up on the companyâ s end. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY??? Total lack of honor and accountability.

Too much to say. Just stay away from them!

A little pricey, but Great service

They measured in the beginning of May and promised install sometime in July. From other reviews I hope it doesn't take longer than promised. Otherwise excellent to deal with. Can't wait for my new windows.

They have a terrific product with a great warranty. The only problem I had was the time it took from when it was promised until the actual install.

Impeccable job and great selections

Not one person in this company tells you the truth. They all tell you what they want to, none of it is factual. I am 65 years old and have never dealt with a more dishonest company starting with sales and ending with the facility manager. Run from them! Kevin Dwyer

Good afternoon, my name is Thomas, and my family and I chose Castle to install a new front door and storm door. What drew us to Castle was the professionalism and the accountability the salesperson expressed to us. We were assured everything would be done to ensure quality, and if not, Castle would make it right. The salesperson made it very clear Castle holds themselves at a high standard. After waiting 4 months for installation, less than a month, our storm door broke from everyday open and close use. We contacted Castle to have it repaired, March 11th. It has now been 12 weeks, and we still do not have an appointment for the repair. The door breaking less than four weeks after install and twelve weeks with no repair is utterly unacceptable and the opposite of high standards and quality. It seems now that Castles has our money, we are no longer important.
