Had all windows, including front bay window, replaced by Castle. The installers were friendly and professional and they did a very nice job. All were installed in one day. Iâ  m hoping that if I ever need to use the warranty, I donâ  t have issues as others here have mentioned. So far, Iâ  m very pleased with my Castle Windows!

best warranty in the country. I Bought windows in 1995 and castle is still servicing them today, free of charge. Highly recommend their products and service.

Prompt and professional. Made good on incorrect color

Good product. Takes a long time to get service cmpleted but they honor their warranty, no questions asked which is great!

Overall, we are pleased with our new windows. The salesperson was accurate with the estimated time we could expect installation. The only concern we had was they had one person intall 10 windows alone.

These people are predatory, greedy, vultures. DO NOT repeat DO NOT use this company, DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM!!! BIGGEST BULLIES IVE EVER MET!!! I received a quote from them and ordered a door to be installed because my current door did not close all of the way or lock. I was told I would have to wait 6-7 months for installation. Bit of a long wait but ok, whatever. Fast forward only a few weeks and I needed to leave town to attend to a family emergency (very expensive emergency) and also could not leave the state w/o a door that locks. I reached out to cancel my order because 1. I needed to use the $$ I was putting aside to pay for this trip and 2. I needed a door put in that locks ASAP! I was told that they would SUE me and put a LIEN on my home because it was past the 3 day grace period for their $2400 door. THEY SENT MY FILE TO LEGAL AND I RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THEY WOULD SUE ME IF I DID NOT PROCEED W/ THE ORDER. This is a company BULLYING homeowners for pennies. $2400 means nothing to them and I am still 4 months out from the earliest time a door can be installed. THEY CAN NOT EVEN PROVIDE A PRODUCT IN A TIMELY FASHION AND ARE GOING TO TAKE YOUR HOME IF LIFE HAPPENS WITHIN THE 6MONTHS YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! ANYONE ELSE!!!

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY--CONSUMERS - PLEASE READ THE REVIEW BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY...I previously had windows and doors installed a few years ago and had problems and now fast forward to more problems years later as a result of their product! To give you an example of how terrible they are I originally had a front door installed by them. When installing they needed to remove my original wood custom entry door to the home and instead of putting it back after installation, they took it. This door was made of all wood and glass and had very unique features. So I called and asked why and got the run around for about a week. Then they stated they called me and told me that they threw it out. This was a custom door to the house that has probably been there since the house was built about 100 years ago, it was beautiful and they just took it and trashed it? I asked them why and they had no answer and then had the nerve to say they called me and spoke to me about it. I had my phone company pull my phone records and send them to them because they were arguing with me about it. Finally, after writing a review about what happened they offered me a free storm door if I would take the reviews down. Well fast forward to about 5 years later the storm door is broken, the latch broke causing the door to open if it is windy out and resulting in the top bar on the door not allowing the door to shut unless it is slammed shut every time so I called and spoke to someone and told them my screen door is broken and stated my door will not shut... they came out a few days later and the guy legit put a new screen? I never said the screen was broken/ripped and if the company has professionals coming out how do they not notice a door broken? So I called back again about 15 minutes after he left and asked why he did not fix the door because I thought maybe he would have to go to the store to get a part, well the associate started saying that the service order said the screen was broken. I told them please pull the phone call as I stated the actual door was broken. After back and forth I was able to speak to the original woman I spoke to when I called in and she apologized stating she misunderstood me and she will have him come back out but not for another week? I told them the door can break and it would be beneficial for them to just come to fix it asap because it can fall off so they would have to replace the whole door instead of just a few pieces. Well waited a week and the guy came back out and stated whoever installed the door must have not put long enough screws and he will order the parts and get the door fixed when they come in. Well about a day or two later they called saying since the wood is broken I would have to pay $250 for a new piece of wood, so I stated the wood is not broken and if it is, its because I am waiting so long for someone to fix the door and then stated they do not fix damage from wind because my door was left open. ATTN: CASTLE WINDOWS - MY DOOR WAS NOT LEFT OPEN, IF A LATCH IS BROKEN THEN THE DOOR CANNOT CLOSE PROPERLY. HOW CAN MY DOOR STAY SHUT IF THE LATCH BROKE? So they wanted pictures, which their tech came out and took already but now wanted us to provide more pics, so now we sent pictures, and they said they would order parts again when we spoke to them. Well guess what now a few days later I get a phone call that they will not fix the door because they don't cover free products? So all this back and forth for 2 weeks and now they come with a new excuse. What company does not cover all of its products? It was free because you offered the door because you wanted me to take down my reviews and because you took an original door to my house and trashed it without my permission! They will find any excuse not to honor their products!!! I paid over $6,000.00 to their company I am supposed to be a valued customer.
