Castle - The Window People

I would have given Castle a 5 for all phases but we were put off by the original contact salesman. He was over the top and pushy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself a lot of stress and wasted time!!! It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for 2 screens to be fixed. 2 screens! They have been “repaired” and returned to me still ripped and broken! 3 times! And calling is a nightmare. Not only is it unconvenient but the women are RUDE and hang up on you. They schedule you only to call and reschedule you AGAIN. This company is so beyond incompetent it’s amazing they are still in business! The management has promised to handle this matter himself and he promised to have my screens picked up Monday. Monday I wake up to a message that they need to reschedule to Saturday! Nobody here knows what they are doing, I have NEVER dealt with such idiocracy and unprofessionalism in my life. I wouldn’t refer this company to my worst enemy. They have caused me and my family so much stress. I suffer from MS and have a busy schedule with Dr. appointments and this company has made me miss appointments and cancel appointments so that I can be here when they come, only to cancel on me last minute. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company!!!!!

I was impressed at the quality for the money. The employee Bryan Dillman presented the windows and cost very professionally and it the cost was reasonable with no hidden figures.

I never hired this company. I decided to cancel my contract during the 3-day grace period and then I had a very difficult time getting my down payment back. I had to enter the minimum star ratings because this system forced me to. My actual star ratings are all zero.

Arrived about a half hour late, but the work and clean up was exellant.

Replaced exterior front and back door. showed up on time and installed both doors same day. Very neat and clean. Did excellent work.

No one from any department knows what they are doing. Mistake after mistake. Very frustrating from the first estimate, which was all botched, to the ordering of the windows. I wish I never went with this company. The project is now completed but they forgot 2 major windows in the bedroom, a screen was torn and a lock was broken. The windows are beautiful and the installation was perfect but the company is unprofessional and incompetent.

We replaced an exterior door from our garage to the outside that was basically rotting off the house. They did an excellent job, not only replacing the door but everything around it. It’s the prettiest door in my house now and never used. The salesperson was upfront about the time line (it took about 5 weeks from quote to completion), and they met expectations.

Prices start out extremely high with high pressure sales. Research prices and stick to your senses and stay at the price point you choose... or let them walk. If you can't handle high pressure sales tactics don't call them to come out..

We had an unusual problem with the old windows. They tackled it and the windows now match the rest of the house. Great job.

very professional, on time and excellent installer. Had to do some work myself to finish area, i.e., sand drywall mud, paint wall and new trim, but I anticipated this.

I love my new Castle windows!! I had 9 windows in my 120 year old house replaced last week by Castle and I couldn't be happier! The installation crew was very professional. They paid close attention to details and not a single piece of moulding surrounding the windows was harmed! Plastic was laid down outside the windows to catch any debris that might fall when removing the old windows and drop cloths were laid on the floor inside the house. When they were finished, they even vacuumed the floors inside to ensure all dust and debris was removed. A+ job!! The rooms in which the windows were replaced are quieter and cooler than before. I can't wait to replace the rest of the windows with Castle!

The sales rep was professional in his presentation and not at all pushy for a sale. I chose Castle for the quality of their product, their price and the lifetime guarantee for their product (other window companies offered 1-2 years and NOT on installation), Castle measured my windows twice, manufactured them quickly and installed them in a remarkably short amount of time. I am very satisfied with the service and the product.

Haven't gotten the installation of the door and window yet. It takes 4-6 weeks and it's only been 3 weeks. I can't review the actual work yet but can say that the sales person was very thorough and went through all the details. I think the price was right for the work being done and the door quality.
