ALL SEASONS TREE & LANDSCAPE

I was initially very impressed by the responsiveness of this company and I thought I had a reputable company. They took down 3 large trees for me last week. The next morning I realized that a tree had fallen on the storm water drain that runs on my curb and smashed the metal apart. They jammed a log in it to hold the piece up! Now, accidents happen but what is disturbing is that after 3 phone calls and an email, no one will even return my call! I've waited several days before starting to leave these reviews where ever I can. And I am an attorney, so I will not let this go. Do not hire these guys. I will update accordingly if I get the courtesy of a return call.

Appointment for estimate was scheduled promptly. Work was delayed due to rainy weather but I was kept informed of the reschedule times and they worked with my schedule as the need to change dates arose. The job was completed in a day. The crew that completed the work did a great job. One of the trees was very large and was near a gazebo and garden area. It was clear they had the expertise to manage the job. They did an amazing job preventing damage to the garden area given the close proximity to the very large tree. They made sure the area was raked and cleaned up. Would highly recommend All Seasons Tree and Landscape experts.

First off they timbered the tree. Just drop it in my yard instead of cutting in pieces and using rope to bring it down. The fall of the tree left a trench in my yard. They then started to fill up the holes with leaves and by digging up dirt in another part of my yard and filling the trench and leaving of course holes along my fence. I told them to stop. I called the owner and asked if he was going to repair the trench in my yard. He said no so I had to do it myself.

All Seasons did an excellent job. The trees were very large and in a difficult location. Both removed, stumps ground and no damage to anything around them. We will definitely use them again.

They took out a 70 foot maple from the middle of my back yard and a ~ 35 foot mulberry from the back corner of my house. They ground all the debris and blew it into a dump truck. I realized it could make good mulch at the back of my yard so I asked them if they would leave some. I think they left around 3 cubic yards and they dumped it on a tarp right where I asked them. They had amazing equipment. They had 7 guys on the job and it took around 3 hours. One key to getting a good job done is to make sure the contractor knew what I expected. I would definitely hire them again.

Agreed to price. ( I have used this company before with out a problem but I was home at time of the work) I was not home to supervise this job. When I arrived home that evening, I was shocked to see the results. The tree on the side of the house was removed and the stump was left exposed. My King Crimson Maple that was 30 years old was cut into a Y shape and the entire top was cut off not shaped and trimmed as discussed and all small branches that yield leaves were gone . Now there are NO branches on one side and just a few on the other side which may yield about 12 leaves giving off no shade or beauty what so ever. The other Maple ( also about 30-35 years old was similarly chopped up. I asked why they would cut these trees like that and I was told that was the proper way ,that they had been doing this for 20 years and that I should look it up on the internet. I did look it up and the arbor specialist recommend only shaping and trimming off the aberrant branches. I requested that they ( Ken) return to see the results but I have not seen nor heard from him. I am considering starting a law suit to have at least a refund of the money I spent. They also would not accept a check made out to the company but only made out to Todd Halcomb. I may be contacting the IRS.

The gentleman who came in to do the estimate did not give me a written estimate. He immediately asked what other estimates I had received and asked me for the price. He said he do better but at the end of the day I never received a written estimate. He never explained the work he was going to do. He never said how he was going to remove the tree or how long it would take. They had made an appointment with my husband to be there at 12 in the afternoon and they did not show up till 4 pm. My decision to do future service with them depends upon the service needed.

Very Well. Contractor was prompt, courteous and well staffed, with the right equipment to complete the job. When finished, they cleaned up the site and returned the area to the way it was presented. There was one (1) minor issue and that was a small wooden fence had to be opened to haul away the downed tree stumps. The contractor cut the fence post. But there was an easier way to achieve the desired result. Not a major issue.

When I asked for an estimate, Todd was very prompt in calling me back. However, since then, getting him to do the work has been an absolute nightmare. This was a two part job. My first call to him was in Oct. It is now December and only one part of the job is complete. I had to call him 5 times to get him to do the first part, and now I have called him 3 times to get him to do the second part. The second part is still not done. It is extremely frustrating. To be fair, when they finally showed up, they did an excellent job. They removed the trees and cleaned up and removed all the debris. However, it is not worth the hassle. I have better things to do than call my tree service constantly. I certainly will not use this service again. The other thing I would say is get a written estimate. The guys who showed up to do the work had a different idea of what needed to be done than I did, and I have no way to prove that my conception was correct.

they were terrific. Showed up on time for the estimate and the job. They worked quickly, efficiently and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Unlike other tree services I've used, these guys were clearly experienced. They knew what to cut and where to cut it.

They were very efficient. They quickly returned my call & gave me an estimate. They finished the job in 45 minutes. They were expensive, but efficient. They left the area in a clean condition.

They have a big crew. The job was done effectively, quickly, and on time. He's coming back in March to remove other dead things in my yard.
