The process could not have been handled better. From the initial air quality tests to the removal and clean up, Aerotek was professional and courteous. They made this difficult situation better by being very knowledgable, professional and above and beyond helpful. They outlined exactly what they intended to do and then performed the work without any shortcuts, exceeding my expectations.

I received three estimates. I was very happy with Aerotek's estimate. I knew once Ray arrived he was who we wanted to do the work. Ray was very knowledgeable in mold and he was always so easy to reach. He explained everything to us. Ray was very professional, organized, and prompt. We had the work done the two days before Thanksgiving. In addition to removing the mold, he put up new sheetrock and the area with the new sheetrock was primed and ready for paint. He also did air duct cleaning. Everything went smoothly. Ray called me and keep me updated on the work- he even sent me pictures. My home was kept clean and everything was properly covered. My husband and I were at work when they were doing the work but my mom was there on one of the days. She found Ray's crew very efficient and a pleasure to speak to. When I got home on Wednesday and they had already left I realized that one of Ray's guys accidently still had my keys.(I wasn't home so I understand how this happened) I called Ray and he called me back immediately. He offered to drop them off Thanksgiving morning or overnight them. I was happy with him just mailing them regular mail but he did overnight them. For sure he goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy even after you have paid! I would recommend Aerotek to anyone. You will be happy that you used them. They do much more then some of these other mold companies.

Remediation involved removing sheet rock and ceiling tiles in a finished basement bedroom and powder room which covered about a quarter of the basement. After removal of the contaminated material, the remaining wall framing was treated with a sealer and fungicide and all the walls and ceilings including the rest of the unfinished basement were also treated with fungicide. All of the HVAC duct work was deep cleaned and treated for possible mold. Two dehumidifiers with condensate pumps were installed. Before the work was started, Mr. Nabi provided a complete walk through with my tenant and myself to explain the extent of the project. Property of the tenants that was in the remediation area was cleaned,bagged and moved to an area of the house not involved with the remediation. After the work was finished (2 days work), Mr. Nabi performed another walk through of the job with my tenant and myself. The work was thorough and professional with only the bare minimum of additional clean up required outside the house. Additionally, Mr. Nabi was very pleasant and patient with several scheduling problems we had on our end. Post treatment testing was performed by an independent company with visual inspection and laboratory testing data indicating and certifying that the Mold Remediation was a success.

From beginning to end, I had one contact person (Ray) who was easy to contact and knowledgeable about mold. I am thankful that he pointed to the NJ health department for reference information about mold. He was very patient explaining the remediation process and answering all the questions I had. Ray separated the work to be done in 2 packages: mold remediation itself and putting back insulation in the crawl space. Other companies had bundled both jobs. I only used Aerotek for mold remediation and didn't get push back about this decision. The crew was courteous and worked hard, especially removing all the insulation in the crawl space: its access is small, it is really not high and my house is quite large. They removed bags and bags of fiber glass. They put runners in the house to prevent stains. A HEPA vacuum ran in my living room during the whole cleaning process. After the work was done the house was clean and all the garbage removed.

Superb ! Ray and his crew removed tons of debris from my basement and removed portion of ceiling drywall and insulation directly affected by mold.. Crew gave me step by step directions as to what they would do. Tons of debris was removed from my basement and my bedroom ceiling was cleared of all moldy drywall and insulation. What a sheer delight to now enter a beautiful healthy house with no attendant respiratory problems or musty odors. Ray also recommended that I install a dehumidifier in the basement, clear all gutters and make sure downspouts direct water away from the house. I received my certification of mold removal and warranty promptly. Thanks to Aerotek I feel as though I am living in a completely new home !

Everything went smoothly from start to finish in spite of unanticipated amounts of excess debris in basement. Prior to his arrival Ray called each day to let me know he was nearby. Trucks and cars as well as mold removal equipment parked unobtrusively on or adjacent to my property and work was done quickly, thoroughly and discreetly.Both interior and exterior , great care was taken by Ray and his crew to not disturb furnishings, lawn, driveway or intrude onto neighbors' space in any way. Before work began Ray did a walk through with me to remind me of the scope of work and what to expect during and after mold removal. All furniture was covered and master bedroom sealed. A full day was devoted to removal of moldy debris from basement with only half gone at the end of the 1st day. Blowers were left in place within the house after day one. Ray took me aside to inform me that he would do his best to honor the 2 day commitment/estimate....and that he would double his staff, which he did. Day 2 - Ray and staff arrived precisely on time...continued working at a furious pace and ended the day without feared overage into the evening. As soon as all work was complete. Ray directed staff to do a thorough clean up..I was then given a walk through and explanation of all work done with directions for interaction with the property over the coming week. He also gave me recommendations for maintaining a mold-free environment including placing a dehumidifier in the basement., replacing some register covers and making certain that gutter spouts direct water away from the house. To my amazement Ray offered to totally absorb or share any cost overage...although he had made me aware, initially that only exploration of the actual site and work could determine true scope and extent of work needed. Again, Ray Nabi and company, you are the best !!!

I would highly recommend this company. The owner, Ray, was extremely responsive to my inquiry and worked hard to get an agreeable date and time. I was very pleased that Ray arrived with his crew (didn't just send them). He checked on the work and made sure I understood what was entailed and that I was satisfied.

I dealt with Ray Nabi, who is the co-owner of the company. He was a pleasure to deal with in every way. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional in the way he took care of our home. It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with a contract specialist as competent and punctual as Mr. Nabi. I would definately use him again.

During the process leading to the remediation, manager Ray has gave us all the information and provided his expert advices, which was extremely helpful. The team worked very hard for 8 hours on the day of remediation, did everything described in the proposal, went above and beyond. and disposed all the debris promptly. The manager took the before and after pictures to show us the results. They took their work seriously, very professional, honest, no hidden charges, customer-oriented.

I am waiting to get inspection summary and pricing details for actual work required. I was made aware that the company would inquire as to township permit for dumpster and containment work approval if needed.. Additionally, Ray (Mr.Nabi) explained certifications adequate for the job as well as making recommendations for maintaining a mold-free environment once the work has been completed. He also made suggestions for steps I could take on my own that would not require additional cost as part of the overall remediation process. I would certainly recommend Aerotek's services to anyone needing thorough assurance of a healthy mold-free living environment and/or considering sale of a home that requires pre-sale mold treatment.

We have used Ray and his team before, and we have always been extremely satisfied. Ray is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining what needs to be done and how they intend to do it. His primary concern is always the safety of the family living in the home, and he takes every precaution to see that they are protected. As far as price goes, we've talked to other companies who do the same thing, and they are much pricier than Aerotek for the same services. They also don't provide the same level of "personal" service that Aerotek does. I'll take a small company over a large one any day!! Ray shows up on time, on the scheduled day, and his entire staff is professional and cordial. I would recommend Aerotek to anyone, without reservation.

After putting an inherited home on the market, I learned there was a mold issue in the finished basement. Selling the home would be difficult until this problem was addressed. The first thing to do was to get educated on household mold. I reviewed research literature; I spoke with the NJ Department of Health as well as other organizations. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to take the time and effort to do your homework first, because unfortunately, there are many contractors out there who have hung out a mold remediation shingle. Mold remediation must be a booming business in New Jersey. I came across quite a few who either did not know what they were talking about or who manipulated information as part of the scare tactics. Anyway, after briefly interviewing several contractors by phone, I narrowed it down to a few that I would ask to come to the home to inspect and give an estimate. I only chose ones with the following in common: They were BBB accredited or at least had a BBB rating, they all had good reviews on Angie's List, etc. (I recommend reading all the reviews not just the ratings), they also were listed on the NJDOH website (although NJDOH emphasizes that the list is not an endorsement), all were insured, and none were hesitant to give references. I would have included an additional criteria, that is to be recommended by someone that I knew; however as I hadn't lived in that part of the country for many years, I didn't have the advantage. These criteria are by no means a guarantee, but they do help avoid the transients. I eventually decided to go with Mr. Ray Nabi at Aerotek Environmental. To say that I am exceedingly happy with the choice would be an understatement. Aerotek's mold remediation price was slightly lower than the rest; but since the estimates were in the same ballpark, price was not really a factor in the decision. It was Mr. Nabi's knowledge, experience, and grounded analysis about the issue of mold that clinched it. He obviously loves his chosen profession. And he proved to be highly professional and reliable. He delivered what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, how he said he would do it, for the price he said he would do it, keeping me informed each step of the way. The basement mold was taken care of by all reasonable measure: visually, olfactory, and certified lab tested. His crew also proved to be trustworthy and respectful of the home, taking obvious precaution not to add to damage or mess (that had been a concern of mine as I knew these folks would be working around water and heating pipes). After a couple of hours of observing Mr. Nabi's crew, I left the home to do errands. I can't remember the last time I felt comfortable enough to have contractors work in the home while I was not there. I also decided to contract Aerotek Environmental to perform the reconstruction after they completed their mold remediation. Mr. Nabi warned me that I could probably find a general contractor that could do this for less money. That may be so, but I was so impressed with the professionalism that I didn't bother to get other reconstruction estimates. I was pleasantly satisfied at the end result of this too. Mr. Nabi's lead craftsman gave much attention to making the restored versus untouched areas seem almost seamless. Thank you Mr. Nabi's crew! The happiest ending of all: after receiving multiple offers, this wonderful home sold. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Nabi and Aerotek Environmental. ps: A few months after the basement remediation, I called Aerotek Environmental and left a message to return my call. While the purpose of my call was not related to the job they had done, it occurred to me that Mr. Nabi had no way of knowing that from the message I left. For all he knew I could have been calling to complain. Yet Mr. Nabi returned my call as promptly as he did when he was first seeking my business?a sign of a reliable contractor who is confident of a job well done.

When I called Aerotek Environmental and spoke with Ray Nabi, I requested the liability insurance certificate which he emailed me as we spoke. He more than answered my questions with thorough explantions & examples. He also explained the Lifetime transferrable Warranty. When I called to make the appointment, Ray came that day. He inspected the entire house and once again patiently and thoroughly explained the procedure. He told me what I needed, didn't need, and why--such as air duct cleaning. He advised me on the best and least costly remediation. His pleasant crew took mold readings etc and even helped with a few extra tasks. I received a receipt of the remediation that same day for both the basement and attic. After taking care of the mold in the attic, Ray explained what should be done with the broken duct which needed more than a simple replacement. He referred a company that did a complete and innovative correction of all the ductwork. All certificates, test results by an independent accredited laboratory, and real estate mold certification for potential sellers were promptly provided. I recommend Ray Nabi because he is a knowledgeable professional who will provide outstanding mold remediation as well as other other services.

Great! I received 3 different levels of what kind of work I wanted to have done along with 3 different prices. Had the work done the next week. Everything went smoothly. I was able to text Ray and he answered me right away EACH time- that was a PLUS!

They cleaned up everything before they left and were very careful not to get any of their cleaning stuff or any debris anywhere outside of where they had their equipment set up. This all went really well from the first conversation with Ray Nabi until the completion of the job. Ray answered all my questions (and I had alot of them!) patiently and thoroughly via phone calls which he promptly returned and emails. He and his crew arrived on time. They were respectful of my belongings that needed to be removed from the room. Ray explained everything that was to be done. I would not hesitate to suggest Aerotek environmental to anyone needing this service. We will be calling Ray again when it's time to treat our basement.

Mold remediation at my home was done by Ray from Aerotek. He is very professional, thorough, and very reasonably priced based on my comparisons. When I initially called Aerotek, Ray picked the phone even though it was weekend. He was very prompt, and discussed what kind of mold remediation measures normally it would entail to the problems I have explained to him without even yet looking at the mold concern, and gave a ballpark estimate. Then, he had scheduled for a visit to come and look at the issue so that he can give concrete quote. He was punctual and able to make it to the appoinment even though there were weather/snow issues. After looking at the problem, he gave thorough explanation of what he would do in the scope of remediation(same as what he initially explained),and in fact gave a quote lesser than what he initially gave by looking at actual issue. He was also professional to put everything in writing explaining the scope, warranty, mold certifcation details, including his insurance details. He was also clear about what extent he will do to remove the root cause of the problem on top of mold remediation. After proposal signatures, we have scheduled for actual work this week. Again he was puntual to come and perform the work exactly as explained - no gimmicks played, and no additional scope added other than proposal's work. He was also able to remedy root cause at one place at no additional cost, and charged very nominal price for the second place as the plumbing work involved there was trickier and needed more skill. He was also kind enough to give advise on moisture intrusion in the basement, and solutions for the same. I would strongly recommend Ray mainly because of following - thorough, very clear on what is involved and what he does, very reasonable price, and prompt.

This company has integrity, it stood behind its promises. When a problem was identified with the original service, they redid the entire job at no additional cost. (The crew who redid the service was even led by a company vice president.) They took pains to ensure that the job was completed thoroughly, properly, and without inconvenience to the residents. There were also instances where they went above and beyond the original scope of work, to make sure that it was done right. They explained all aspects of the service, and generally made sure we were happy with their work. We would definitely consider this company for future work.

They were professional and knowledgeable, however they were 45 mins late for the appointment. They examined the problem and asked me several questions. Then gave me a detailed explanation of the problem. They were very patient with my questions. The best part is that they gave me instructions on how to remedy the problem myself or with a handyman, as his estimate for remediation was $850.
