Ray did a first rate job, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and completely dependable. We had long standing black mold in our basement due to prior flooding. Ray answered my call immediately and came the next day to give an estimate. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived to say he was on his way. He explained the procedure in detail and e-mailed everything he had explained in further detail to me that same day. The following week he and his crew of 5 came right on time and were pleasant, friendly and professional. They removed all necessary wallboard and the carpet as well as several smaller items we needed to discard from the basement. They moved the items we were keeping in the basement carefully. They treated all necessary surfaces and then fogged the basement with an environmentally safe substance. The project was completed in about 6 hours. Ray had us check his work when he was done and asked if we had any questions. The basement was left very clean, and the mold smell was and is completely gone. As promised, he e-mailed a certificate of mold remediation. He was great to work with. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him. He earned our trust.

Ray Nabi from Aerotek Environmental really knows his stuff!! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional regarding the proper methods for safely removing mold from the basement of a home that my husband and I were purchasing. I have a son with asthma, so it was very important for me to hire a QUALIFIED mold expert. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. I called later at night, and the owner, Ray, answered immediately. He was kind enough to talk me through what I saw and asked me to send pictures to his cell phone so he could decide if it would warrant an inspection. He returned my call immediately and set up an appointment for just two days away. The paperwork was sent to me immediately and the process was very efficient. His three man crew came today, and they were excellent! I was so impressed by how well the work was done, how clean they kept everything, and they were so kind and friendly. They even took the time to entertain our two dogs, who were so excited for their attention. I felt as though the price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them!

We called Ray on a Thursday and he agreed to come to the condo the followIng day to test the unit. We met at the site and he conducted several tests that indicates the presence of mold. They recommended remediation plan that was reasonable and affordable. The following week the work was done. Everything went smooth and fast. We would certainly recommend this company to other friends and are using them for our final duct cleaning before we move in.

Once on site the six man crew, (after being introduced by name) began establishing a barrier between the affected area and the rest of the house. While that was underway a major removal of damaged personal effects were being removed and loaded into a trailer. As the over forty contractor bags of damaged clothing and books were being removed other contents had to be manipulated to permit the removal of carpeting and underlay. Once clear areas were established furniture could be moved from the walls that had to be opened and remediated. Each man kept steadily at their tasks with no interruption of business that was being conducted in my home office well in earshot of the crew. Working steadily they completed opening all the walls requiring remediation treating appropriately and cleaning up as they progressed. At the end of the work day we were left with a large air mover and filter in the affected area that were to be removed the following day. This was done and the final walk through revealed that each and every aspect of the proposed remediation had been accomplished as well as addressing another area discovered while they were working. The courtesy of the young men was exemplary as was their respect for our home and property. Ray Nabi, one of the business' owners was onsite, working and available if any questions arise. These folks turned a situation that could be a nightmare into a very satisfactory result. Excellent people.

Ray was very thorough with the testing and later remediation. He explained the testing and what the results meant once they came back. He also handled the remediation and cleaning of our Hvac system. They had to remove contaminated paneling, some insulation, used air scrubbers in basement and first floor, cleaned and sanitized Hvac system and hand-scrubbed the vents and returns, cleaned and sealed basement floor. His team was very courteous and handled the job relatively quickly. Ray also gave suggestions regarding the humidity in our basement and how to prevent any further mold issues. Would definitely hire again if the need arose.

Ray and his crew were extremely responsive, from the first call to the proposal to the remediation and to all the follow up. They are great communicators, were prompt and neat, and opted not to charge us added costs even when they found additional work that needed remediation (and did it without extra charge.) I interviewed several competitors, and Ray and Aerotek were more scientific and professional than any others by far. They also advised us against incurring additional expenses that competitors tried to add to our scope of work. We are extremely satisfied and they gave us a great warranty as well.

From the estimate to job completion Ray was great. Knowledgeable, reasonable and detailed. His guys were great too! Not only did they do a great job but they were so friendly, professional and neat! They layed down protective floor covering, closed the door completely as they came in and out and were so friendly. I definitely recommend him!

Start to finish the work was impeccable.

Perfect...very professional, prompt and did exactly what they promised. They removed the wallboard where the mold was and pointed out the problem where water was coming in to the house, cleaned up all the mold and debris and left things ready for the contractor to repair the area. The dryer vent cleaning was done with a strong vacuum and brush and fully cleaned the 10 foot run of the dryer vent pipe to the outside. Workers were neat and meticulous in what they did and Ray was there at all times to monitor the work. He was also very prompt to come out for an initial estimate and quickly set up an appointment to get the work done. We were very impressed with the entire operation from start to finish and could not more highly recommend them to anyone needing their services and wanting a clean neat job.

Tests were performed after completion of the work and results confirmed the mold was gone. The whole process was transparent and well explained. No b******* or up charging. The technician communicated promptly and effectively. He made an appointment and was flexible when my schedule changed. He appeared on time. One of the owners returned my call immediately and was out at the property the same day! Mr. Nabbi gave us full details of what/how he was going to inspect and test the property. Once the results were in, he followed up the formal inspection results with a fully detailed remediation plan. As Ray and his coworker completed the work, he was very conscious of keeping me informed as he progressed through the stages necessary to complete the work. He covered the furniture and other items in the general vicinity of the work. He clearly communicated each stage of the remediation. He also provided pictures before and after he completed each stage. Ray and his coworker also did a pretty good job cleaning up once they finished.
