ASTONE TREE SERVICE

Mike was very approachable professional and responsive. He came and looked at my trees when he said he would. He gave me a total estimate quickly. When I called him to give him the OK to start the work he was very accommodating at my concern over dead branches falling. He was responsible about calling me when they had to cancel the tree cutting (this was due to the weather)and keeping me abreast every step of the way. When the weather got better he called me and gave me the new date. That day Mike and his crew were at my home as promised. They immediately got to work placing signs around and securing equipment. They cut down two very very large trees, one in my back yard on in my front yard. They performed the work efficiently and professionally. They even ground a stump that was in my yard for no additional charge. Based on my experience, I would definitely hire Mike again. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had some bad experiences with even getting a company to show up for an estimate, (and never calling to even cancel). I happened to check out Angie's list for a tree service in the area and this is where I discovered Astone tree service- according to the list, the company did a very good job- so I took a chance. Mike,(the owner) showed up as scheduled on a Saturday morning- went over everything with me. I then quickly received a written estimate in the mail with all the details. Mike called me a few days before the job to let me know the time of their arrival. They arrived right on time and did a great job- When they arrived I had decided to add a few limbs to the job- no problem- and they did not even add a cent. They even got rid of all my old rotting wood on my rack and replaced it with a whole rack of fresh wood !!! Now I call that above and beyond.. Very clean and neat- they cleaned up so well that I did not even know that work had been done. Will definitely use them again.

The young man came on Saturday morning and gave an estimate which was a little higher than we wanted to pay but we were able to come to an agreement for a lower price when he learned he did not have to remove the wood just cut it into usable pieces for firewood. He said he would be back later in the week possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. He did not return until that Friday. He and another worker worked quickly to clear the yard and cut the wood but I was a little disappointed that the wood was cut in big pieces which was left for my husband to split and although he left the yard neat, he also left a lot of the yard trash he had agreed to remove.

Mike Astone, the owner, is extremely accessible and responsive to requests for quotes. He and his crew are prompt, professional, and courteous. When the job was finished, the lawn was completely clear of any debris. Wonderful, professional firm with excellent pricing.

THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WELL. I AM ALSO ON THE BOARD AT CHURCH AND WE USE THEM THERE ALSO BECAUSE THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE ON THIS TREE SERVICE COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THE GUYS WERE VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY. THE CLEAN UP WAS AWESOME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
