The guy called me up and asked if he could come over the next day at 8am because he had another job around 1o and I agreed to it. He never showed up or called, its been a week now and still haven't heard from him. Needless to say I would never use him now anyway, not very professional not to at least call and let me know he couldn't make it and reschedule.

I had a hot water boiler replaced. It was a painless experience. Unlike some other companies that came out to quote this job. When I told Scott what I was looking to do he did not try to sell me on things in didn’t want. He was professional, showed up on time. Work performed looks great and they respected my house as if it was there own. I would use S&M Mechanical LLC again.

Scott visited me multiple times to provide an accurate quote for installing a new furnace and HVAC system. He was flexible, prompt, and extremely communicative, answering all of my texts within minutes and providing photos and updates of his work. I would assuredly hire Scott again.

Scott was very quick to respond to my request for service on Labor Day. He came out the same day and gave the system a shot of refrigerant which definitely helped, but the system overall was failing. I requested a quote for replacement on Tuesday evening, and he had the whole job done by Thursday morning. After I had already paid him in full, he also took the extra effort to come back a few days later and put a larger pad under the condenser at my request due to a cosmetic concrete issue. You will be dealing with a very ethical and trustworthy business here. I am very happy with their services and highly recommend them.
