It went great but I still see bees in my house. I which this company will get rid of all the bees at my house.

Joe was really great. Very friendly, helpful and walked us through each step he was taking. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great, they are straight shooter's, they tell you what the problem is and what the best solution with no excess. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Pinnacle Termite & Pest Control contacted me immediately and were able to come out the next day. They were very professional and knew there stuff. The confidence they have is warranted and they did get the job done very fast. We are happy to live ant free now. We signed up for 12 months of service which is 3 scheduled visits/treatments and anything in between if needed. The cost was extremely reasonable and well worth it. Thanks guys!!

Joe was punctual and did what he said he would do, get rid of the bees, now I had a couple stragglers but Joe came right out when I called him about it. And as a added benefit not seeing any mosquitos. Great guy as well! Thanks Angie and Joe!

Joe and his employee said they would be out at 9AM and almost exactly at 9AM they were at my front door. I have a two story colonial with a two car garage and a large cedar deck in the back. Not only did they treat the entire perimeter of the house including the garage but they needed to remove some decking strips. Notwithstanding they still honored the discount coupon on Angie's list even though the deck required additional labor. They even sprayed into our crawl space. All work was completed on time and they provided a written warranty renewal for 20 years. I was very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend Hornet Pest Control if you need any termite treatment or pest control work.

They were on time, efficient, effective and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.

Joe - who I believe is the owner - was EXCELLENT. He answered all of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. He arrived exactly on time - which he was quite flexible to work with my schedule - and was discreet, as requested. I would definitely recommend. The price was very reasonable and he provided plenty of extra tips and knowledge.

Great group of guys who were extremely professional.

Called the company, they were not far away as they were completing a job. He game right over and inspected my ant problem. Showed me spaces where they were coming in and what I was doing was incorrect. He placed material outside, in the basement and in the kitchen. Left some material for me to use in between his visit which will be next week. Showed me where they were hidden and what I needed to do to prevent them from coming into my home. Very, Very personable. I will definitely use them in the future.

Joe did an outstanding job! He showed up on-time, was extremely knowledgeable, and gave a very reasonable quote. He couldn't do the work that day because of rain, but he came back exactly as scheduled and even did some additional work at no charge. Hornet Pest Control has earned my trust and I will be signing up for an annual contract.

Super efficient, friendly service. I contacted Hornet on a Sunday through AngiesList after noticing a wasp nest on my garage, and he promptly called back on Monday. Within a half hour of calling, he met me at my house and had the nest removed within the following 10 minutes. He sprayed the area afterwards to keep wasps from returning and said he'd return to spray again if they came back - haven't seen them since though.

Called Joe and he was at the house within 2 hrs. for an estimate. Gave me a great estimate and included treatment for carpenter bees. He wanted to come out the next day but that was inconvenient for us. The following day he was there on time and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. Very pleased with the job. I had gotten 2 estimates before him : $400 - $500 & $650. Definitely over priced for the same service and Joe included the Bee treatment.

Hornets Pest Control responded within an hour to my initial email. They were prompt and courteous in completing the work.

Hornet pest was extremely responsive--I called and they had someone out the next day. Unfortunately, the exterminator patched the hole up with a piece of wood; the squirrel had chewed through a large portion of the wood leaving wood chips over my entire roof. I called Hornet, and they were extremely responsive (and polite); they let me know that someone would be over that day to wrap the wood in metal.

He was very reasonable, it was $625 and we use the coupon that Angie’s List had, so it came out to that after the coupon. Responsiveness was very good. It seems to be he is a one-man organization, but he offered more services for less of a price. He was more complete service, he did more drilling around the house, and it seemed like he did a complete job. He is going to be contacting me for a follow up in the future just to check. The difference between Hornet and this other company. Hornet was going to do more of a complete job. This other company, he just came and looked and he really wasn’t willing to. They sent like a rep out and they told me there would be no charge for the rep to come out to take a piece of wood and look behind it. When the rep came he said, “oh no, that would be a charge for me to take the wood out. He said, “just looking at the condition of the wood, I would say you have termites.” So, that was kind of like a bait and switch thing. When you do the drills, the holes around the house, he wasn’t going to do as many. He wanted us to move things, like out of the garage, like we have shelving and stuff. Whereas with Hornet, he said “I can work around that stuff”. He was very accommodating. Some of the stuff that I had, how do you move it?

I contacted Bill on a Sunday, he responded the same day, and was here on Monday. Fantastic response, and to top it off, we could not be home on Monday, so Bill went ahead and did the work and asked that we put the payment in the mail. All sight unseen. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience. Oh, and by the way, there was no sign that a hornet's nest (that was wrapped around our trellis) was ever there.

The tech was great he explained about these type of wasps & treated bush and removed the huge nest. He was great! I would recommend him toanyone
