Archie's Plumbing showed up on time. He provided a detailed quote of what he would do, but unfortunately it was out of my budget.

He showed up on time and got right to work. There was no debris left behind from the job. Everything was explained to me and it all is working great. I didn't give a rating for the price because I didn't get multiple estimates for the job and just went with him, so I don't know if it was within a normal range for the work, although I assume that it was.

Great. Skip was courteous went right to work. He repaired the leaking hose bib - he could have sold me on replacement which would have involved much more time and money. Chuck from the office called to follow up to make sure everything was done. I would recommend Archies.

Excellent, quality service and results. I am extremely happy that I chose Archie's Plumbing. Chuck was outstanding and great to work with. The team that came to the house to do a very large section to remove an old galvanized waste pipe was very friendly, professional, and skilled. Chuck came back through and ensured everything was done correctly. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Archie's Plumbing gave me the estimate. Chuck was very thorough with the details. This was not a full remodel . I chose to do the demo and the electric. I booked the time for the installation of the fixtures and things went smoothly. Chuck was accomodating with the scheduling of work. I would recommend Archie's. The floor looks great and the fixtures are updated and the bathroom is much more functional.

I had contacted Archie's to have a shower installed, but as I was gathering quotes from them and others, we kept having issues with our water heater. I had actually had our gas company out a number of times because I felt I could smell gas in and around it whenever it started. While the gas company found a very minute leak the first visit, I got the run-around from them two more times before the next gentleman that came out described a few issues with it. It was vapors in the basement due to the way the water heater fires that were burning off, the fact it was made in 1994 and we had been getting less and less hot water from it, and our exhaust was completely wrong for code and should have been updated when the new furnace (previous homeowners) was installed. I had setup an appointment with Archie's for the shower install but after hearing this and realizing we were constantly getting downdrafts back into the house because of the exhaust, I talked with Chuck about it and eventually decided to use the appointment for the shower install to have them install a new gas heater. They arrived in the morning when they said they would, worked on getting the old one out and the new one in before lunch. Then took their lunch break and came back from lunch to work on the chimney liner, which wasn't the easiest thing in the world from what I could tell from the communication between the two employees. Overall, they did a great job, we have a good water heater now with no issue that I can see. When we're financially ready to get that shower installed, I will call Archie's again to install the new shower and get that bathroom project done.

Archie's Plumbing came out twice within a couple of weeks for unrelated issues. The price above is an estimate that combines both visits. The first was an evaluation of a couple of minor problems. The problems I called about turned out to be nothing, but they did find a crumbling trap under a little-used sink and replaced it. A couple of weeks later I called them to replace a broken toilet. Two men came out to the first job, and one of the two returned for the seccond. They were prompt, friendly, helpful, willing to explain things to me, and did a good job. They also cleaned up. I plan to call them for a much bigger job (replacing pipes) in the near future.

Their service was excellent. They came right away and they had it repaired within 24 hours.

I had to hunt around for a plumber and he is very good. The price was fair. I liked him so much I had him come back and do another job. He replaced the main valve for the water from the street to the inside valve for the water. This was a bigger job. Dan was the person that came out and he was the most conscientious person I have ever experienced as a plumber. He did everything exactly right He was very neat and he was concerned about the outside appearance. He even gave me a couple of hints about how to manage different things that might come up.

Found Arachie's on Angie's List. Chuck came in for an estimate. He was very thorough and explained things in detail. He was prompt in getting the estimate to me. Decieded not to go with them and to go with a family friend on rough plumbing...BIG MISTAKE. Archie's came in to do finish work and even helped fix some of the mess the other plumber had made. They are honest, neat and easy to work with. I would definatley use them again.

During the entire project (which has lasted months since I am doing much of the construction work myself - scary) every plumber he has sent out has been friendly; courteous; and professional. Additionally, they have been more than willing to provide advise on various ways of approaching certain situations and have saved me countless hours of rework. In summary; Archie's is a definite "A" list contractor and I would not hesitate to recommend him. The prices are very reasonable and everyone on staff is a pleasure to work with. Great experience.
