Chuck was professional on the phone and sent Brad out the next day. Brad was friendly, very professional, he explained everything. I would defiitely use Archie's Plumbing again!

On initial call, in describing short list of items to repair/replace, service provider recommended requesting warranty parts direct from Mftr.... this saved significant $s. Service provider contacted upon receipt of materials and scheduled repairs in timely manner. Service provider showed up on time and performed work as requested/outlined.

Work that needed to be done: The outside hose spigot broke off when accidentally hit by a wooden board. We had to shut off the main valve until repairs could be scheduled. After researching Angie's list for a highly rated and recommended plumber, we decided to try Archie's Plumbing. I called their number and immediately got a call back from Skip. I explained the problem and Skip referred me to their scheduling office to speak to Chuck. Both Chuck and Skip were outstanding professionals. I called Chuck to schedule a time when I could drive up and meet their plumber Skip. We had agreed on an afternoon schedule. Chuck understood I had to drive a long distance and tried his best to accommodate my schedule. He was forthcoming and said he couldn't promise he could get the work done if I had arrived earlier than scheduled. Results: I ended up arriving around 9:30 in the morning and immediately contacted Chuck to update him on my arrival status. I left a message on their answering machine. Lo and behold, 15 minutes later, the plumber Skip, arrived at the house and immediately began the repairs. This was truly a blessing as the weather forecast for the afternoon called for rain. That would have hindered my return trip significantly. Skip got the job done within the hour and was truly a professional and courteous. I highly recommend Archie's Plumbing Inc. to anyone needing plumbing services. Chuck and Skip are outstanding professionals !!

It went great! I called and Archie's came out the next day to fix and replace the pipe. He even allowed me to mail in my payment.

They came on time and prepared to do the job. Had broken pipes with both bathroom sinks that leaked (poured) water into my family room ceiling. It was an all day project for two guys. They found the problem, fixed it and cleaned up. My husband who rarely is impressed was very pleased. We are going to be using them again soon.

They were very good. They were pretty average on the price.

Archie's plumbing did a great job. They were wonderful to work with and followed through on everything they said. They were the least expensive of all of the estimates we received. I would definitely hire the company again!

They were able to talk me through finding my house shut off valve and promised to be to our house in 1 hour. They were their in about 40 minutes, replaced the pipe section and a broken valve and wrapped pipe with insulation. They clearly knew what they were doing and gave further advice regarding adding heat tape to the pipe, which we have done. They answered all questions and did not rush our inquiries. They are the best plumbers I have ever used. They will definitely be called the next time I need a plumber. Good work and good value.

Skip showed up within an hour after I called. He ran a snake through the sewer line, about 60ft. length. He was very professional and courteous. I would definately use Archies Plumbing in the future.

Very professional team. They arrived earlier and completed the job quickly. They did an excellent job with the cleanup as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber and use their services again.

I called Archie Plumbing on a Wednesday night @8PM because my basement was flooding. Skip immediately came out to access the problem. He got here within a half hour. It happened to be a basement sewer pipe that was leaking. Skip placed epoxy glue on the leak to prevent further flooding and told me that he would have the office call in the morning to see how soon he would be able to come back to install new piping. He informed me that if he could not come out in the morning and if the patch did not hold to call him immediately (day or night) & he would make time to correct the problem. Chuck, the office manager, called me the very next day, as promised, and told me they could be out on Friday at 9AM. Skip arrived at the appointed time, went right to work and completed the installation. When he finished he left my basement in immaculate shape (leaving no trash or other things to cleanup after him). I found both Skip and Chuck to be very professional and easy to deal with. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber.

Second time I have used these guys and will again. They are on time get in and get the job done, professional and mannerly.

Called earlier in the day to ask if it was possible to get service this day, Sunday of a holiday weekend. Was told tech could be there that afternoon. I asked them to call me 30 minutes before. I also told them I found them on Angie's List. As promised they called 30 minutes before. Skip, their tech, showed up on time. He listened and assessed access to clean the pipe from the washer and kitchen sink drains. In one trip he brought all tools & equipment needed to the basement. Completed the task in less than an hour. Cost was by fair for a holiday weekend. And the service comes with a 30 guarantee. All drains are flowing nicely, Archie's Is a full service plumber. In a society where value for your dollar is almost none existent I highly recommend the Archie's Plumbing Inc. team. They are skilled craftsman and a company with integrity!

Arrived on time. Explained the problem to me. Did exactly what he said needed to be done. The area was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. Plumbing problem is solved.

Went very well, called on Tuesday and left a message for a call back. Chuck called at 7:20 am the next morning, he quoted price and asked if it would be possible for them to come over this morning. About and hour later I had 2 guys over to fix the shower, they were on time, professional and knocked the job out in about 45 minutes. I would use Archie's again and recommend.

Chuck from Archie's plumbing was respectful and appeared to understand my dilemma and limitations. He did not talk "down" to me, as many repair males sometimes do when dealing with a female. Chuck was prompt in returning my call and kept the appointment. We talked about tentative dates to do the work, and he told me the approximate costs, which were commensurate with what someone else had told me the job would cost. My only concern was that Chuck did not leave me a written estimate. He said that he would type the estimate and email it to me. It is now Monday, and Ihave not yet seen his written estimate. To that end, I actually do not have the problem scheduled to be solved; so I decided to seek an estimate from another company in the interim.

It went very well. When we noticed the leak, we checked on Angie's List for a plumber with a great rating and found Archie's. The plumber came out, inspected and quickly found the problem. He explained the need for caulking, which came as a great relief that it was not something more serious. The plumber then caulked and we paid.

Although arriving late (I understand that things happen) the gentlemen did an excellent job. They were professional, cordial, and looked to take care of thier job and my things to the best of their ability. Everything went very well, and I will use Archie's plumbing again.

He has a good service but he was expensive. But overall a good job.

I sprung a leak in the hot water supply line valve. I discovered the leak about 4 am when I entered my kitchen and found water everywhere. I don't know how long it had been leaking. Because of the hour, I put In a temporary fix by cutting out the old valve and put in a hot water hose I had lying around my shed. I figured that would hold until I could call a plumber. (Skip, the plumber was kind enough not to comment on my amateur work). When I turned off the hot water heater valve and the main water supply valve for the house, both 60 y old valves also began to leak. It was a mess. (It seemed everything like everything,I touched, broke. I was afraid to give my wife a hug and a kiss before we parted for the day.) When I called and was asked if it was an emergency, I said no because the leaks were manageable for a while. Since it was not an emergency, they asked if 1-2 pm the next day would be okay and I said yes. They called before they came and were promptly on time. As I have mentioned, the plumbers name was Skip. I found Skip to be a courteous, friendly and patient guy. I had to apologize because I had forgotten to remove our stinky cat boxes, that were kept near the water heater, before he began to work. He never complained, even though he had every right to do so. He graciously accepted my apology. He did the work cleanly, quickly and very professionally and at a very fair price. In fact he gave me a 10 % Angie's list discount on the already fair price. I knew it was fair because I had other quotes for the work. If I need a plumber again in the future, I will be sure to call Archie's Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

The work was performed quickly and efficiently. An angle valve was replaced on the toilet and new cartridge installed in the faucet in the laundry room. Other suggestions were given as to how to unstop a slow shower drain. I would definitely use this company again.

I emailed them and they responded right away. Set up the appointment quickly. They were an hour late, but they did a great job in resolving the issue.

One plumber came out and gave an estimate on all the work that was needed. I was pleased that they were able to schedule a time to do the work quite quickly. Two plumbers arrived on the work day. They went right to work doing the jobs they were specialized in doing. Everything went well; however, when they left the toilet was leaking from the valve. This was because they forgot to turn the valve on or off (?). When I called Archie and told him of the problem, he got right to it. The two plumbers arrived back prompto, were apologetic, and fixed the problem. Overall, it went well. I feel it was "A" work and treatment of customer. About a month later, the kitchen faucet started to leak again ... not as bad. It may not be repairable, but I would have liked the repair to last longer. Cost: The cost of the faucets seemed high; however, I was able to get some advice and it seems to be the going price.
