I like that they pick up everything that's left out.

I have been a Blue Diamond customer for several years and am very pleased with their service for a few reasons. They have a fair price without hidden fees. My previous provider loved to add 'fuel cost increase surcharge' whenever the price of gasoline went up a few pennies...and when the cost went back down, they never removed the 'fuel' surcharge. Not so Blue Diamond. I have seen many of my neighbors switch over to BD, maybe for same reason. Also, whenever a holiday falls on my usual trash pick up day, I can count on BD to either make the pick up that day or they'll definately come the very next business day. This is important especially in the warm weather. BD picks up the trash in the morning, minimizing the chance that black bears will get into it!

Their price is reasonable. They never drop things. They are tidy. They put the garbage can back up on the curve. They are very punctual and they always show up within half an hour when I expect them. They do a good job. They are a pretty good company.

My neighbor called for the dumpsters for both of us, since we share a driveway and we both wanted to clean house. There was a slight mix up the first day about the paper work, but was straightened out immedialtely by phone. The driver was very patient while we were on the phone with the office. We requested a 20 yard dumpster the first time and filled it up quickly. We then called back for a 30 yard dumpster which they delivered the same day of the pickup. Also when we were done and called, they came quickly and removed the last dumpster. I'm not sure of the actual date of pickup, but we had the dumpsters for approximately 6 weeks. Everyone I dealt with especially the drivers were all very courteous and very careful when loading and unloading the huge dumpsters in the driveway.

Very pleasant, very accommodating. I ended up holding onto the dumpster for 3 months. They called me and were very flexible about picking it up. (Their usual rental length is a week or two.) The price got me 2 tons of trash, and I could toss anything I wanted. They were great, and I would definitely use them again.
