Description of Work: Very Professional. Our GE Profile Range needed repair. Not being familiar with this early GE model, they went on-line to review possible solutions to the problem and availability of parts. They called me back to indicate that they would not be able to repair the Range due to part availability. The fact that they called back when there was no immediate benefit to them is very impressive. Very transparent, honest, straight-forward, no-nonsense organization. I'd definitely would use them if I had another appliance issue.

Description of Work: Replaced broken valve in washer. Bob was able to trouble shoot the problem with me over the phone and identify the potential cause. He ordered the part and had it installed within two days.

Description of Work: Repaired washing machine and dryer. Did a great job! Talked to me at length when I booked appointment to see if I could fix it myself and to make sure they had an idea of what the problem was so they could bring right supplies. This is second time I have used them. First time was for my oven. I will not use anyone else!!! They are wonderful!

Description of Work: My drier stopped heating - Called Bob one afternoon and he asked about the problems I have with dryer. After patiently listening through he short listed two possible root causes and sent a repair man immediately - all job done in less than an hour and no issues since last 3 weeks Took payment over phone and I am happy I called them- thanks to Angie's list :)

Description of Work: Laundry dryer stopped working. I called Western Appiance and was given an appointment for a service call within three days. In the meantime, the person at Western Appliance provided my wife with a workaround so that she could continue to use the dryer (and wwith three kids that dryer is critical) until it was repaired. Western Appliance is about 40 minutes from our house. Their service technician showed up on time and promptly replaced the broken switch and restored the dryer. Very professional and courteous. Will use them again.
