From start to finish, Loren has been positively wonderful. He showed up right on time for the initial job quote & was professional, warm & friendly. He gave me his honest analysis and opinion with no pressure or self-serving hype. The price he quoted was unbeatable and his show of knowledge in several areas of contracting was very reassuring. I was away on a business trip while the work took place and my aunt was there to receive Loren & his team and oversee the job. The crew arrived on time, did a phenomenal job & the communication kept made both my aunt and I feel very comfortable throughout the process. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done & could not ask for more. I have since had Loren come back out to quote another job for some work I need done in my office (ceiling repair & more laminate floor installation) mostly as a formality since I knew I was going to hire him for the job. He is very responsive & easy to get a hold of (surely a rarity in the field) and has worked with my boyfriend to get everything squared away while I was away on yet another business trip. He will be coming out to complete the next job over the next couple of weeks once we can get the flooring purchased & I'm very excited to see how it will turn out after the way my living room transformed from the first install. I plan to continue using Loren for any and all of the contracting jobs he can handle in my home. My boyfriend is also utilizing him for some jobs in his newly purchased multi-family property & his own home.
