They never returned my call after speaking with a rep

Very well. Outdoor lighting stopped working. Called Spinella and an appointment was promptly set up by a courteous phone representative. Two electricians came on time and examined the lights and wiring on the trees. They identified the problem and made repairs, as well as spotting and correcting potential future sources of problems. Both men were were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. That evening, I noticed the angle of the lights had shifted, so I called the office and an appointment was set up to reposition the lights at no extra charge. The original electrician returned and spent the time to carefully adjust the direction of the lights to the proper angle. I will say that the company is not inexpensive. However, the quality of the work and their responsiveness justified the cost. I will be using this service for future electrical work.

The office contact was not the best and it took three days to actually set up the appointment. The gentlemen arrived basically on time, dressed neatly and started to review what I needed done and then proceeded to take care of my problems. Both were extremely courteous and explained any questions I had. They finished the jobs in three hours. I am very satisfied and intend to have them return to put up some lighting fixtures throughout the house. If you live alone and are concerned about having repair people in your house, these gentlemen should be your electricians. I feel safe in recommending them.
