Description of Work: Our A/C unit in the upstairs section of our house was not working & was 88 degrees. It was late afternoon on the Friday in Memorial Day weekend. |They came within the hour & fixed it very efficiently. |I highly recommend them. |

Description of Work: I had a tricky situation to try and remedy with my ductwork (essentially it was poorly built in the first place and started to come apart over time, and this section was in a very difficult to access location). Kevin Ryan helped me think through ideas and options and his team did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend Kevin and team again. They were very professional and were patient with all of my questions.

Description of Work: I paid $49 for an air conditioning tune-up. Maybe it's my ignorance but I expected more. It took more time to take off the cover of my old central air conditioning unit than to service it. He tugged on a few wires, briefly sprayed something, briefly visually inspected it, and then closed it up.It probably all took about 5 minuets! Even though the insulation on the pipe that led to the unit was rotted away, he did not bring the stuff with him and said it would cost extra anyway if he did it. At least, he explained to me what to buy and how to do it, so I wound up doing it myself.He said that there was really not much more he could do with my unit unless it broke down. I then brought him a few buckets of water which he threw against the grill to clean it. I don't know; I expected more and would have been really upset if I had paid their full price!
