Description of Work: I was searching for someone to help me. My father has just past away and I needed to get a comp for a commercial property he owned to settle his estate. Alan Moore promptly returned my call and was willing to assist. Previously I had called several different realtors, who said they would help, I waited and waited, called them again and they never returned my call. When I'm ready to list the property, Allan will be getting my business!

 + -1 morePrime Properties assisted me in buying 1 and selling 1 investment property. Their assistance was terrific and they were professional and courteous throughout all the transaction dealings and negotiations, which became protracted and intense. I often think that many real estate people put their own compensation before the interest of their client, but Prime never pressured me or made me think that. Their advice about certain contract points and deal items was invaluable and definitely netted me more in the end, while minimizing certain matters of liability. I recommend them highly.
