We had a leak in our ceiling from the floor above caused by another contractor and we called M&M to help. They came out the very next day to a**** the damage and start the work. This is the second time we've used M&M for a project in our home and I will continue to use them for future projects. Their communication is great and a project manager comes by the house every day to ensure the project is moving along in a timely fashion. They are always considerate in our home. Highly recommend!

M&M provided a great solution for waterproofing my basement. Coordinated the entire job including remediation of the damage inside and landscaping work for fixing the drainage outside. Quality work, nice people and a great result!

We received a Top Flight bathroom rebuild from M&M Construction Specialists. We hired them to replace a jacuzzi type tub with a traditional soaking tub. The did the demo, plumbing, sheetrock, tiling, painting and tub installation in 4 days. They were easy to work with and the quality of the work was very high. The best part is that they were in and out in less than a week.

I can't say enough good things about M&M Construction! They helped us so much with the damage done by a broken water heater. They even helped us deal with the insurance company! They responded very quickly to come and see the damage. When they came to do the job, the workers were polite, efficient, and talented. I will definitely hire them again!

Excellent. The company answered our initial call and provided a survey and job quote within three days. They began work within a week of contract acceptance. The work was exceptional. They were efficient, respectful and extremely neat. We experience two small glitches in the project and both times they offered a resolution and remedied the issue within 24 hours. they finished the project on time an on budget. I was very pleased that I chose M&M to replace my roof. Mark was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating when I mentioned I was selling my house and didn't necessarily need top of the line material. He provided me with multiple quotes to choose from and did not pressure me to pick the best. The leaders and gutters were also replaced and all was done very nicely and quickly and no debris was left around my property. Plus all new plywood was put down which I needed. I did put the cost of service but keep in mind that all roofs are different and it's really not a good guideline. My roof and gutters look beautiful. Also, Tom, the office manager was very helpful and both he and Mark were very professional, pleasant and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this company.

This was a huge job and we'd never attempted major construction before. So we almost certainly drove them nuts. But we are thrilled with the finished product and could not have been in better hands. Mark was present at every step in the process, he was always available and worked with us to make sure our design priorities were addressed. We now have a third floor dormer addition (home theater and den space) where we once had a dirty old attic. There was a dedicated crew for the primary work, they were excellent and put us at ease. Mark wrangled the subcontracting work very well. Again, it was a large undertaking and we don't regret a thing. Well worth the time and price. Were there bumps in the road? Of course there were but I can't imagine having a better contractor for those moments. Highly recommend! P.S. EXTREMELY pet friendly :)

M&M replaced all the damaged deck boards, railings, and steps, installed new aluminum siding and gutters on the back side of the house, and painted the new deck and siding. The work is well done and they used quality materials. What I most want to mention is how responsive Tom and Mark were to our concerns and questions. They worked with us quite a bit to make sure we were happy. They always let us know when their crew was coming, what would be done that day, and how much everything would cost.

The overall job went very well. Any concerns I may have had was handled right away. There were some stop's and go's on awaiting the arrival of windows and some truck problems, but once that was resolved, the owners Mark, Frank and his staff members, made up for it toward the end. Frank arrived one day after the overall completion of the project to make sure all went well and to pick up the remaining equipment. When I mentioned there were a few door knobs and painting that were overlooked, without hesitation, he started to work on it. At one point, he had to return to Home Depot in order to get the an additional door knob. He handled everything I needed in a professional manner. Mark and Frank has a great hard working crew. I can't leave off Tom, the in house customer service rep. He followed up promptly when I left messages or email's. He explained the work being done in great detail.

My roof was getting old and starting to leak. It looked pretty ratty and I hated seeing missing shingles. I called M&M Construction and they were able to give me a free estimate. I liked that the guy they sent out was a project manager who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and not your average slick salesman. The price they gave me was in line with other prices I received and I decided to go with them. The workers weren't annoying, they came on time, and they did the job pretty quickly. They even cleaned up my yard at the end. Apparently these new shingles have a lifetime warranty and at least my roof looks nice again.

This past winter I had severe ice damming on my roof. I called my insurance company who recommended I get a few quotes. After contacting M&M, they sent out a project manager fairly quickly to take a look at my roof. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to provide me with an estimate and how fast they tarped the roof to keep it from leaking and getting even worse. They even removed snow near the leaking areas. They even negotiated with the insurance company to make sure I received everything I needed to complete the job. After I signed the contract, work began about a few weeks later after the snow and ice melted. The workmen were polite, showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day with a magnet which I appreciated and they put a tarp around the outside of my house to catch debris. Overall, I was very happy with M&M. They were communicative and efficient. Plus, the roof has a lifetime warranty and the gutters look great and are holding up just fine.

We were very pleased with our experience with M&M. We had them come out to assess a leak in our roof that we discovered on closing day and to provide a plan for fixing the leak. They provided us with several options for fixing the roof. We ultimately went with the most extensive option - replacing the whole back half of the roof because the previous roof replacement had been very shoddily done and the promise of a 50-year warranty was very appealing. The team showed up promptly on the day the project was to start. Mark himself came to oversee the start, and Justin the project manager was there for the whole project. The roof replacement was done in a single day; the gutter team came two days later and were done within 2 hours. We've had more than one awful rain storms since the replacement and everything is completely dry. We've also gotten Mark's opinion on several other potential projects around the house and will likely use M&M many more times in the future. We really appreciate how Mark gives his honest professional opinion, even if that means there is less work for them to do. I also want to note that the office staff was very responsive by phone and by email.

I found M&M Construction Specialist on the web while looking around for bathroom contractors in the area. I called them and a few other guys for estimates. Ultimately, I decided to go with M&M because they appeared the most professional. The estimate they gave me listed every single detail possible. They even included pictures. I liked the project manager who came out to me and presented everything as well. I especially liked that he brought lots of information for me to read through and showed me before and after pictures from other projects. The work itself went great. The workers were polite and didn't make a mess in the rest of the house and organized and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. The project took about 9 days to complete so I was able to enjoy my new bathroom soon after.

M&M took care of all the outstanding items in my house after a burst pipe in the kitchen did damage to two levels. My hardwood floors in the kitchen had been damaged and a large number of drop ceiling tiles, drywall and trim in the basement received water damage. Upon meeting the team, they assured me everything could be repaired and they would work with the budget I had from the insurance company. The crew arrived timely each day of the project, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were courteous to me and my family. My project manager listened to the concerns I had prior to starting and worked with me to make the repairs and replace what had been damaged to my satisfaction. At the end of the project, everything looked better than before. They did an outstanding job.

I had already had 2 other contractors come out to give me estimate. I didn't really like them so I decide to call M&M after seeing there website. The man who come out was so friendly and I felt comfortable right away. He didn't act like a salesmen, he acted like he really knew about roofing. I decide to go with them since they made up a very detailed estimate? even pictures! When the work started they were good about telling me when they would be at my house and what work would get done. When I had question they would answer me and call me back quick. Now that the work is done I can say that they did good job. No more skylight and roof looks nice.

From the start, M&M Construction was very quick about returning my calls, which made me feel secure. The guy who came out and looked at my roof was pretty nice and let me know when he was running five minutes late. I decided to go ahead and sign with them since I was having trouble getting other contractors to actually come out when they said they would. There were some weather-related delays, but other than that the work went smoothly. They made the repairs on my roof and on my ceiling. And I got new gutters, which I needed but would never have thought about. No complaints here!

The project manager and I agreed. on the price I was told that the crew would arrive in two days to start the project. I was assured that the entire job of tearing off the old roof, replacing all weak boards and putting on timberline shingles would take approximately 2 to 3 days. This was all completed in that alotted frame work. The workers arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. Each day they left the job site clean and free of debrie. After 3 days the job was completed. My property was clean and my roof is now not leaking and it looks great. I would reccommend this company for any construction job.
