The house looks great! Our house had a somewhat unique issue. We have a manufactured hardboard lap siding that is about 25 years old and when it is exposed to moisture it deteriorates and disintegrates. However, this is only in areas that are subject to a lot of moisture accumulation which was mostly the bottom boards and under windows. I'm retired and repaired some sections along the bottom of the house and painted them. However my ladder climbing days are over. This is where Alex (the owner) and Antonio (his employee) helped save the day. Alex agreed to paint and repair the second story sections of the house I could not reach. What I liked about Innovations Painting is they worked with me to solve my problems. The hardboard siding when painted with a brush and two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior paint along the bottom edge sealed the moisture damage and the siding looks brand new. I think I can get at least another 15 years and maybe more with periodic maintenance of the siding. Innovations Painting helped me avoid re-siding our house and saved me a considerable amount of money. Also, they both worked very hard and were done sooner than expected with the top sections of the house and began painting the lower sections of the house too! So I actually got more for my money than I expected!

Very nicely done. In and out in 3 days. Power wash, scraped and primed where needed, caulked around windows, 2 coats of paint. He and his crew were polite, friendly and neat. Would absolutely hire again as well as recommend to others.
