 + -1 moreI worked with Mike from Home court hoops to install a basketball hoop with a barrier net including the pole pad which he charged me around $200. He installed everything except the pole pad and promised me that he will send the pole pad by mail. The installation took place around end of July 2015 and as of today (Oct 29 2015) , I still haven't got my pole pad. I tried to email him and call him numerous times and never get any response from him regarding this and that's the reason I am writing this review to let other people know that be aware of this company and be careful to deal with this company to avoid these kind of situations.
Description of Work: They installed the hoop and the barrier net the same day as scheduled. The didn't bring the pole pad which I paid $200 for that and promised me that they will send it by mail. After , making so many calls to Mike , I haven't heard from him and it's been almost 4 months after the installation I still waiting for my pole pads for the hoop which they charged me $200 .

I had to send them a few pictures to show them what I was talking about. They were very responsive in getting back to me.

Description of Work: Home Court Hoops provided and installed an in ground basketball system at the foot of my driveway. Mike, the owner, recommended an excellent system which was installed quickly and perfectly. A quick drying cement was used so I was shooting baskets the same day. The installers were friendly and cooperative |as to where I wanted the hole dug. After reading horror stories about 3rd party installers I was very glad I chose Home Court Hoops and I highly recommend them for purchase and installation. |
