+ -1 moreWe met Bob several years ago through a mutual friend. At that time, we discussed with him our dream of owning a home on the lake one day within a strict budget. He took our information and called us with a home that came up within our budget. From start to finish, Bob was there for us. When we did not understand certain terms of the contract and could not get ahold of our attorney because it was after hours, Bob took the time to explain everything to us in full detail. He is not your typical 9 to 5 guy. And, then, IT happened. We wound up going into a bidding war with other prospective buyers. He came up with a wonderful idea, and it worked !!! We won the war because of him, and we are forever grateful. Bob truly knows the entire lake community and he provided us with certain details and information that I never would have thought to ask about. We went through this whole transaction and wound up with a wonderful friend. I would refer him to anyone looking to buy a home and I am certain he would treat them exactly the same way he treated us.
Description of Work: Bob Idakaar is a very professional, reliable and courteous realtor with Prudential NJ Properties. He looked for quite some time for a home on the lake for my husband and I. He kept in touch with us to let us know he did not forget about us and he vowed that he would find something. We just needed to be patient. Then, it happened.
