Howard was very helpful, guided us through all the sales steps, assisted with closing, kept us up to date on the progress of the sale. Always available when we needed him; always on time. Howard is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. We were able to find a great home within 3 months. Howard didn't waste our time showing us houses that did not meet our 'must have' criteria or the budget. He had a great sense of the market and the pricing. We were able to negotiate the price down significantly. We are very happy with our decision. The house was our best choice. Description of Work: Weichert Realtors, specifically Howard Rauchberg sold my home after 3 years of trying with other realtors. Howard found a condo that I bought at a very fair price thanks to his negotiating skills.
