+ -1 moreShowed up exactly when was promised. Did a solid job. Bracket looked 10x better than when I originally had it installed. Very prompt service, great job and fair/Reasonable rate. Saved his number and attached it to my garage door opener, if anything ever goes wrong I'll be calling Terry again.
Description of Work: Reattached existing garage door bracket to my roof.

+ -1 moreWe have used Terry Carroll 3 times in the 6 years we've been in our townhome. In every instance, he has been responsive (calls back within minutes), and extremely co-operative and flexible re: scheduling.He has done what was required to rectify the problem carefully and expeditiously. He also has come back at no charge when necessary for tweaking, when necessary.I highly recommend Terry's services to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors.
Description of Work: Terry replaced the tension springs on our garage door; one had broken.He had also replaced the entire mechanism for the doors in 2009, including the motor and cables (not the door itself). The cost was about $500.

+ 0 moreHe came on time, he performed the repairs replacing the necessary parts, I paid him, he left.
Description of Work: Terry replaced the springs on our electric overhead garage door (one had broken from metal fatigue). He had also replaced the controller in 2009. He responds quickly to phone calls, and will set up the service to suit the customer. On time, reasonably priced, and knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use him again nor to recommend him.
