I've had two separate problems with the garage door at my rental unit. Last year, the sensors finally broke or became misaligned after a hurricane occurred and critter chewed on wires. Then the belt broke on a very cold night with my car stuck in the garage. Frank promptly arrived the next day and quickly ordered the correct part to fix the problem.

It was excellent service and I was very happy.

He gave us lots of information so we could choose, a prompt estimate that was 100% accurate and did a fantastic job. Neat and very conscientious. We love our new doors. Frank did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable when helping me pick out the best door for my needs and what I was looking for. The installation itself was done within a half day and he made sure where I preferred the hardware details to be placed. He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Price was fantastic. Frank is the man. His estimate was lower than anyone else, and he was honest at the estimate as to how to do things, especially because my house has no standard size anything. Showed up on-time on the day of, and jumped right in. Great install, he uses good materials, pleasure to work with. Quality work, would definitely hire again if needed.

It went well -- first he fixed the broken spring with a temporary vice so that the garage door could be operational. Three days later he got the springs and installed. Highly recommended!

We got multiple bids. Assured's price was by far the most cost effective. The installer came on time and was most efficient in his work. Both doors replaced and the old ones removed in just a few hours. They've been going up-and-down, trouble-free, ever since.

Very happy with this service provider. Replied to my email inquiry, spoke on the telephone and was able to stop by at the end of that day. Replaced the broken part and lubricated everything that moves. Didn't seem to mind me watching or my questions about garage door maintenance, new garage door features, advances in opener technology, etc. Then, when I mentioned I couldn't get my car programmed to open the door... he fixed that too! Very professional. Would highly recommend. Now I have a garage door guy that I will call again.

Very quick responses. I called on a Saturday and made appointment for Monday. The one door would not open even when I pulled emergency cord and my car was in the garage. He repaired and replaced the broken part. Both garage doors now work great and open quietly. Great Job! Highly recommend!

Frank was professional, responsive and punctual. He came and pinpointed the issues and gave solutions. We agreed upon a course of action to resolve the issue. The door was adjusted and some old bearings where replaced and the molding/stripping was replaced. The garage is now tightly sealed!!! I am so very pleased with his work and would recommend him. I called up a friend of mine to let her know my garage door is now fixed! She actually needs help with her garage doors so I texted over Franks information. Everything went very well. Work was done within a few days after first phone call. Frank and helper arrived promptly.

The garage door on my new house hadn't been maintained and was noisy and difficult to close. I called and within a few hours, they were at my home fixing the problem. Only a short time later, he was done and the door opens and closes like new. Great experience. Very responsive and professional. Recommended.

The cable broke on my garage door. Frank came and replaced both cables and gave the door a tune-up. Frank is knowledgeable, professional and he arrived on time. In addition to fixing the door he set up my access pad for both garage doors. Something the original installer could not do.

The giant spring that allows the garage door to open broke completely off. Frank was able to come and assess the problem within about 30 minutes of my call. He came the next day and replaced it so the garage door was functional. He also noticed a small, but annoying, problem with the other garage door and repaired that, too. I also asked him to replace the broken automatic garage door opener. He ordered it and within one week all the work was done. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and charges a fair price.

Frank and a technician removed the old door and installed the new door in approximately three hours. I was very satisfied with the quality of Franks work. Assured Door is very professional, works fast and works clean. A few days after the installation, I called Frank and told him that I wanted to add more security. There was nothing wrong with the original product but my preference is to add extra security wherever possible; and I realized that making changes on a steel door might not be possible. Frank returned as promised and solved my problem in fifteen minutes. Thank you Frank and Assured Door for a job well done. We’ve used them twice before for minor repairs. Scheduling was extremely easy. The new lift is so quiet.

Frank, the owner came and gave a very good estimate; better than the previous two quotes I obtained. I chose to replace two old wooden 60 year old garage doors with insulated steel Clopay garage doors with two Liftmaster garage door openers. Frank came on time and disassembled the old doors and installed the new ones along with the openers. Frank did all the work by himself and it took him one day. Great quality on the doors and the openers, and great installation by Frank. He takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Assured Doors!

It went quite well; Christmas night, my garage door made a horrible noise as I closed it, and refused to raise after that. On the 26th, I called, left a message for Assured Doors, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Frank and have him at my door within an hour of my call. One of the cables broke, so he recommended replacing the cables and springs on both sides of the door, which made sense. Within an hour of arriving, he had my door back in working order. He was pleasant and professional, and I would and will have Assured Doors back without hesitation.
