They came out immediately because I was leaving town picked up the part and repaired the furnace im about 1 hour. Another company on Angi contacted me first and never showed and Pro Energy was kind enough to make the tie to put me on their schedule to get the work done. Will continue to use them.

On time, ordered the needed part and came as soon as it arrived. They installed a new motor in one of my condensers in less than an hour.

I needed a repair to my oil furnace; I received a quick call from the office and set up an appointment. Bill and Tito arrived promptly and took time to explain what the issue was and made the repair quickly. Fair price too! Later in the evening I received a call from the office, checking in to see if all went well- great customer service! From start to finish, they were professional: I highly recommend Pro Energy Solutions.

Buyer beware Unlike other reviews here, my experience with Pro Energy was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. I chose them among 2 other competitive bidders (as I typically do for any of my home projects) and relied on Angi sponsorship and reviews on a number of reliable sites. To my dismay, management did not live up to my expectations in terms of customer service and satisfaction in the overall experience with my AC unit replacement project. It ended up being a 2-month delay to finally install a working unit. Their crew/tech failed to ensure that all parts were in the box prior to attempting the install, so nothing was accomplished the first time around; upon return, their crew failed to test and ensure the unit was in working order, leaving my tenant with a defective unit in the middle of high summer (they were aware that a very young infant resides in that home); I was more than patient and understanding, and management chose to simply place blame solely on the supplier. I firmly disagreed with their position as the supplier cannot be blamed for their shortcomings, poor quality of service, and unreliability on the part of their crew. I gave management an opportunity to extend a reasonable courtesy (discount off the total cost) under the circumstances, but management refused to go above and beyond to maintain the business relationship one that would have led to future referrals. I paid for the project in full upfront and expected that they would handle the situation differently. It was disappointing that adequate consideration was not given even a thought. I do not know the total for the new furnace installed they contacted my landlord. However everything else was very professional and they cam earlier or on time. They worked around my schedule and told me information i did not know about the house vents.

High quality, fast service, easy to do business with. They took the time to go through my house before making a recommendation for my new A\C units. Made recommendations specific to my house to make sure we picked the right units.

After meeting with several contractors, we chose to have John and his Pro Energy Solutions team put in our new AC and Furnace. It was an incredibly easy call. John was up front and honest about every step of the process, describing exactly what needed to be done, from permits, equipment, install & post install inspection. The price quoted, (incredibly reasonable), was the price we paid, to the penny, despite having to do additional work. John didn't charge us for that work, because he didn't mention it during the initial quote. They have earned our trust and our business going forward.

Great job. No nonsense, no bs, down-to-earth service. If customer does his homework (which I did) and is clear and specific on need, budget and time-frame, they respond promptly. I spoke to John Boyle for all of 5 minutes over the phone and sealed the deal.
