Victor came to my house to check sprinkler system he found a few heads that were bad he had all the materials he needed to perform the job after heads were changed he found a couple of leaks on the main water supply and he fixed those in no time, everything works how it should now, he set an appointment for a few weeks later to shut and blow the lines which he showed up right on time great guy great job.

They were great! I have no complaints. They did what they were supposed to do. They came when they were supposed to. They came out to do the service a few days after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were good and I would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. The person who came out did a good job and was friendly when he got out here. The service was quick.

It went exceedingly well. When I purchased this deal, I asked the provider if I could be scheduled in mid-November as I recently had my lawn seeded and wanted to water for as long into the fall as possible. He was very accommodating to my needs. On the day of the service, the provider gave me a window of 8-11am and arrived shortly after 9am. He was thorough and efficient in blowing out the lines and shutting down the system. In addition, he explained several things about my sprinkler system that I did not know. (The system was installed by a different company.) I will definitely use Metro again as the service and price were superior to other providers I have used.

Victor worked with our sod and paver people to set us a schedule for installation. Everything went as scheduled and all is working perfectly. I would recommend hiring this company as they are reliable and local. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

diagnosed and winterized the sprinkler system

Victor responded very timely and was punctual and accommodating. Timing was set to 30 min per Zone which we later reduced because it was too long for this time of year and we didn't need to water that long this time last year. Nonetheless, it was a minor adjustment and took about 20 min overall. Service was great and we'll use Metro again in the future. Thanks.

Victor is great and I have used him couple of times for winterization of my sprinkler system. He is very knowledgeable. I plan to continue using him in future for my sprinkler system needs.

Victor was great! He said he thought he could come out same day but would need to keep me updated as he already had some jobs scheduled. He called me around noon to say he could be there at 2pm...and he was! I had not used Metro before and was unhappy with the other companies I had used since moving to NJ a few years ago. I called him to winterize and troubleshoot a few zones that had not been working all summer. I let the problem go because I didn't know who to call until I found Metro on Angie's List. My irrigation system is not the easiest one to figure out since the backyard was put in later than the front using different brands. He came out, fixed my problem, and winterized. He was done within an hour and he only charged me for the winterizing. Now that is great customer service. We know of somethings we are going to have to look out for in the spring and I plan on calling Metro to get me up and running in 2013.

Victor was punctual and seemed knowledeable. Gave a very good price and offered a top quality product for a lawn irrigation system around entire home (7/8 zones). While we went with another provider he was in our top 2 for consideration. Would definitely seek out in the future and recommend to others.

I WAS USING A DIFFERENT IRRIGATION COMPANY AND WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THEIR SERVICE !!!!!!! I LOOKED ON ANGIES LIST FOR A DIFFERENT IRRIGATION COMPANY and called a few , but victor from metro irrigation was the only one to pick up my call . he asked me a few questions and made an appointment for me right away. when victor arrived he went over my entire sprinkler system and checked to see my well water system as well . he told me exactely what he was going to do and how much his chargers are. he even put on boot covers when he entered my home, which i thought that was very respectful and courteous. he took his time and made sure everything was in good working order. victor is a very good business man who takes his job serious, in my eyes he is a perfectionist at his job !!!! he made me feel very comfortable and i would not use anyone else to service my sprinkler system. thank you metro and thank you angies list !!!!

We recently moved from Texas and were unaware that we needed to "winterize" our sprinkler system until the vacuum valve sprung a leak about a month ago. We were able to repair that, but I wanted a professional to run the system and see if we had any cracked pipes, etc. Victor inspected the system and luckily none of underground pipes were leaking. Some other problems were discovered (caused by the improper moving of the sprinkler heads when the belgian blocks were installed on the driveway (prior to our ownership). Victor show us the issues, we talked through the solutions and the cost to repair. He did a great job and then programmed the sprinkler zones and walked us through it.
