+ -1 moreThis company came out to give me an estimate for a complete remodel of my master bath, arrived on time, was very polite and never heard from him again! I called the company a few times to follow up and never received a response. At this point, I am counting my blessings!!

Description of Work: We had a kitchen remodel done by Comfort Homes in the Spring of 2014. Joe Massetti and crew are the ultimate in professionalism. Our job required extensive plumbing, as well as tear down and floor remediation. Other contractors balked at the extent and cost of the work entailed, but Joe enthusiastically took on the job, with stellar results, at a very competitive price. The whole process was outstanding, from start to finish. They are honest and reliable, and we had no reservations about entrusting our home to them. Joe realized that our home is our most precious possession, and he treated it as such. We actually enjoyed the entire experience, and look forward to using Comfort for future projects.

+ -1 moreThe work went efficently, everyone who entered our home was professional. Work was done very well and the rooms look far more expensive than the cost. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
Description of Work: Demolition of existing upstairs bathroom. Removal of all debris, while providing padding and protection to all stairwells and hallways. Removed existing tile, floors, tub, backing board, diverter, floor trim, tub, vanity, toilet, doors, medicine cabinet, lighting fixtures. Opened and repaired sub floor and sheetrock, and sofit. Supplied and installed cement board to floor, replaced sheetrock with green sheetrock. Supply and installed cement board in shower, and also installed and supplied custom mud/cement/membrane to shower floor. Installed tile on floor and 40" up walls from floor tile. Installed tile on shower walls to full ceiling height. Installed vanity, installed toilet, installed countertop, installed faucet, installed accessories (towel bars, toilet paper holder) installed medicine cabinet, installed lighting fixtures, Put in new HVAC grill and vented to outside, grouted and sealed tile, made all areas ready for painting, reframed doors and window, and performed final cleanup. Also repaired electical to code, removed and replaced downstairs bathroom ceiling that had been damaged prior to our calling them by leading pipe upstairs, removed and replaced downstairs vanity, light fixture, and made all surfaces ready for painting. Expediture took me shopping for all materials, staying within my budget and time limitations. Provided me with different options and excellent suppliers.
