Extra Air Quality is a contractor who cares about you and your project. Art strives to find the problem not just give a quick solution. I had a part of my A-coil not functioning, Art found that part instead of replacing the coil saved me thousands of dollars for hundred dollar part. I would use him again.

Came when he said he would. Took photo of part that was the problem and showed me what was wrong. Replaced the part quickly and the AC was working in a short time.

I am generally happy with the result. I do not know how his price compare to others since he was the first and only one estimator.

Extra Air Quality is an honest HVAC contractor. He fixed the problem and explained to you about the issue and options. No pressure and take the time to diagnose the problem. I would hire him again.

Art was great. We reached out at 11p on 7/3 and he was here at 7a on the 4th of July!! He was courteous and kept us informed on the steps he was taking. In less than an hour our A/C was fixed and we were able to enjoy the holiday

They were prompt. They did the same problem diagnosis as the other Pro who I had called. However, he looked at the issue (though there was no problem as such), gave suggestions and performed a maintenance that was long overdue. I was not even aware that dust and muck could collect the way they had in the unit.

Art is absolutely FANTASTIC! I have been looking for a great contractor for months! My due diligence and patience paid off! He not only saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, but also worked within my budget and offered payment options. He understands that there are long term benefits in building new relationships and wasn't interested only in the short term. I have had other contractors try to sell me new units, when my current one was easily repaired by Extra Air. I am so glad that I finally found "my guy" to help me with future projects. I will definitely refer him to family and friends, as well.

Art work with me to schedule my appointment to have maintenance done on my central a/c system. He evaluated the system, offered some suggestions. Art performed the work is a timely manner, pleasant and friendly to work with. I would recommend Art to friends and family.
