Description of Work: One of the technicians came to my property and sprayed chemicals to kill the hundreds of Digger Bees we had. He came back a second time but did nothing. There were still some bees flying around and didn't kill the eggs that would hatch next year. I think the cost was extremely high for one application.

Description of Work: I called Arrow as a result of a problem that I had with Carpenter Ants. The person that came to my house was named Lewis. He was very professional and showed up on time. He explained my treatment options so I could make an informed decision. I felt he was genuine in his approach and offered a very competitive rate. As a result I had him perform the service on the spot which came with a one year guarantee. I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: The appointment was scheduled, then cancelled, then rescheduled then failed to show up, then rescheduled and missed again. After the third missed appointment, I just gave up. Can't rate their work, because we never got that far. It's too bad, because they were recommended by a good friend.

+ -1 moreI have a contract with them and I have used them for bee control, termite control and for carpenter ants. I like everything about them and they come out whenever I call, when there is an emergency and just generally a couple of times a year to spray the inside and outside of the house. They are pretty effective and if they have already sprayed for something, but I still see it, they will come back and take care of it without charge. The staff is very friendliness and professional and the office and they guy who comes out are very nice. They come, do the work on the outside and leave me a note saying they were there. Their prices aren’t out of the ball park because if there were I wouldn’t use them. I rate them highly. I have used them for years and will continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreYou can request and have the same serviceman for years. I have got the same serviceman for years. They have personal relationship. They are quick to respond. I had a problem in the front portion and I called them in the afternoon. They were here the next day. I was having some gutter work done and while it was open they came and sprayed for carpenter bees and they didn’t charge. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Arrow Environmental Services for pest control. I have been using him for twenty seven years. He was here last month. They come for a quarterly service. I have a yearly termite service which is a $120 a year. The new service would cost you much more. I got that price because I’m an old customer. The quarterly charge is $80.25 for exterior treatment.
