Everything about them was wonderful. We had gutter damage due to a storm. They came back out and took care of it. They are the only company I have used for gutters. The storm damage was 2 years ago, and the installation was a year before that.

They came within 5 hours of regularly scheduled maintenance call. They noticed holes in roof due to storm damage. I would have not known there was a problem in my roof.

Poor recommendation. Gotcha warranty. Snow accumulation simply tore off the inadequate gutter that the GG recommended and installed. Since they are in the business, the GG should have recommended a more robust installation for the location. There is a lifetime "warranty" on materials, but this is where they get you... there is only a 3 year "warranty" on labor. The cost for labor to replace one length of the SAME inadequate product: $800. And be prepared to do this each and every time it fails afterwards. There is no reset to the warranty. The office manager who took our calls was curt and rude. She felt the GG were doing us a favor. Poor form.

We had to wait several weeks to come up on their schedule. But it was not only in spring when people have this kind of work done, but there had been several severe storms in the previous month that had caused damage in our area. In addition, It was a very rainy period which further delayed the work. Considering that, it was actually not that long to wait. The work they did was excellent, they were careful around the property and cleaned up very well after they were done. The only problem I saw was that I had assumed they would caulk the joins on the repair they did on the fascia. And I didn't think to check it until after they left. In addition, the gutter section that was put on the detached Garage leaked down between the fascia and the back of the gutter. This was NOT the case on the house itself, those are working wonderfully. So I decided to have the sales guy come back and have a look. For the Fascia repair not being caulked he responded simply that this was not how that type of repair is done. The argument being you don't want to seal the joint because of moisture and expansion contraction. I can see the logic of that, but the counter point is that caulk flexes and caulk prevents moisture from entering. So I guess that is just a difference of opinion. On that same subject, a few weeks later I was on the ladder doing some painting. I noticed a fascia repair that had been done many years prior and saw that it had not been sealed either. So that sort of demonstrates his point. Then there was the issue of the gutters on the detached garage leaking between the fascia and gutter. As Murphy's Law would dictate, after the gutters were installed the rainy period came to a sudden halt. I patiently waited for 3 weeks for it to rain and demonstrate how everything worked until I finally had to resort to the hose to test it. So when I demonstrated the leak to him, his first response was that a hose was not representative of "real rain" and that it would behave differently and probably not leak. He then offered to have a small flashing added under the shingles and gave me a ballpark figure to pay them to do it. I declined and decided to leave it at that. The 8' ft height of the detached garage soffit was not why I hired someone to do the job, it was the 20 foot soffits on the main house that prevented me from doing the work myself. In this case I decided that if the flashing needed to be installed I would do it myself. We finally did get some "real rain" and although the leak was not nearly as bad, it still drips down a bit. Ultimately I looked at the roofing on the detached garage and noticed that the drip edge (the overhang of the shingles at the edge) was MUCH smaller than on the house. The detached garage is essentially a pre-manufactured pole barn installed by the manufacturer. Understandably they skimp a bit on things like this and they explains why it leaks. However, I would have expected the installers to recognize this (or even the salesman) and adapt to it, or at least discuss it with me. They either didn't notice it or they just chose to ignore it. I have my suspicions but with the quality of the work they did otherwise I'm willing to let it slide. The upshot of this is that I am very satisfied with the job. You do get what you pay for and there price for the job was unbeatable. They used good materials and did the job correctly. I never had a problem getting a hold of them to ask a question and the salesmen did not hesitate to come over and discuss my concerns. I would have given them an overall rating of B+ if that had been one of the options. We did do our research (albeit without the help of Angie's list at the time, which made it more difficult) and received quotes from Home Depot, Gutter Helmet, and Gutter Shutter. Home Depot was the 2nd best but they were almost a $1000 more because of all the overhead they have to support. Gutter Shutter was next and Gutter Helmet I wouldn't recommend. One last note, I gave them a "B" grade for professionalism because of the problem resolution issues (didn't know where to classify that). Otherwise they were very professional. Gutters are working great and we are about to contract with Gutter Guys for their yearly maintenance/cleaning program which is also decently priced.

A very thorough job and finished it sooner than expected. I did ask the receptionist to notify me a 1 or 2 before hand so I can move my car out of the driveway. However, no one notified me. It’s a narrow driveway, and once before some contractor scrapped my car.

I was referred to The Gutter Guys in Moorestown, NJ by a local contractor that I hired to do work for me. One of the jobs I wanted him to do was replace my gutters and downspouts. He said he did not do that type of work and that he subcontracts gutter work to The Gutter Guys. He said they did great work. When I called, The Gutter Guys sales person was sure to let me know (many times) that I was getting a great deal because I was getting the contractor rate. Generally speaking, I think gutter work is highly over priced and the quote they gave me was definitly at my upper limit. In all honesty, if I cold called them and the price was higher, I most likely would have looked into getting someone else to do the job. Anyway, I had The Gutter Guys do the job and they definitly did a great job. I am very satisfied. No regrets.

Second time I have used them and will do so again.

Rich, from The Gutter Guys had a very good professionalism. He returned my calls and answered any questions I had. The job was done professionals and when he was done took all of his thrush.

Please see above, did not know there were two different parts, replaced all gutters, cleaned up and the service was great

Great guys to deal with and their salesman uses a friendly, no pressure sale's approach. Reasonable rates and professional crew. Will definitely use these folks again in the future.

The team arrived on time and explained everything before they began work. They worked very quickly and it looks great and did a really good job cleaning up

We selected a different company for gutter replacement.

They were very responsive and prompt. They were kind and easy to work with. We've had great results with the work so far!

Now we have to replace the gutter verses nailing it back. We contracted with another company. Very disappointed.

Everything went like clockwork. they came on the day they said they would. They worked quickly and effectively. they cleaned up as well as explained everything to me. No negatives to report.

After forwarding my call to their branch that services my part of Bucks County, everything went great. The estimator arrived exactly on time and was very helpful and professional. The work was done several days before the tentative schedule date. The three Gutter Guys installers were very fast, very courteous, very professional and my new gutters are beautiful. The price was very reasonable for gutters which included guards to keep out leaves, etc. It was a very good job and a pleasant experience for me.

Having had an unhappy experience with another gutter cleaner who cleaned the gutters but left the debris all over the driveway and landscaping around the house, I needed someone who was prompt, reasonably priced and neat. These guys were all of the above and they gave me an honest opinion about a gutter problem I had.

Punctual, professonal, provided information regarding the product and work. The quote for the job was the price I paid. The work was completed on the proposed date. My only concern is around the clean up - they did not place items back onto the porch and I have found several pieces of metal in my lawn and flower beds - clean up could have been better.

Gutter Guys stood behind their warranty and the workers were good. There's no excuse for poor telephone customer service though.
