The Gutter Guys - Moorestown

I contacted them on June 18 to schedule an appt to clean my gutters. I was surprised that I received a window of 8 to 10 business days, as this sounded a bit far away. They said they would call the day before they are coming out, and as of today, June 27, I haven't received a phone call, so I called them. The woman I spoke with said she would speak with the scheduler and get back to me. She called me back and left a voice message indicating they are not sure when they'll be out, they have me on the schedule, and will be out in the 9 to 12 business days as I was told. I called her back and told her I was told 8 to 10 business days. I didn't appreciate them trying to delay me by being dishonest about the time frame I was told. It would have been more business like to simply tell me they were extremely busy and if they go over the 10 days they will give me a discount. But, that did not happen. They simply told me again they would call before coming out. I think this company is getting a bit big for their britches. I found their name on Angie's List but there are other companies out there and just because they do not appear on Angie's List doesn't mean they don't do good work and have it done in a timely fashion. Don't waste your time on this company. If your gutters are clogged and you need it taken care of right away, look elsewhere. I know I am. UPDATE: I called them and left a message cancelling my appt. I also sent a message via their website to make certain they did not show on Monday. I later in the evening received a phone call from Gutter Guys telling me they were within their time frame window and that because on Angie's List I accused them of being dishonest and they were not willing to come out on Monday and I should find another contractor. Not exactly the way to handle an unhappy potential customer, nor very professional. UPDATE AGAIN: The dishonestly lies in the fact that when scheduling the appointment I was told they would be out in 8-10 business days, and when I contacted them after waiting a week (because they said they would call the day before they come out and I never got a call), they said they are within their 9-12 business days as quoted. This was not correct and I didn't want to be pushed past 10 days going to 12. If you notice, every negative comment this company gets they come up with an excuse and blame the potential customer/customer. Not professional at all. Thank goodness for Angie's List!

Attempted to call them for over 24hrs and their phone is always busy. Two days later I got through by calling at 730AM. They told me in 7-10 business days they would clean the gutters. Today is 8 business days, however they claim it has only been 4 business days (Don't know where they went to school but everybody knows how to count in kindergarten). After leaving them two messages to call me back, again as I said, you cannot get through their phone lines, they said they could not schedule my gutter cleaning until sometime next week. Save yourself the time of waiting and find someone else to clean your gutters.

- It didn't go. I called for the third time to talk to the estimator ( after trying to get through their always busy line) but he wasn't available and when I asked how quick the gentleman could get back to me, the lady on the phone said.." I am not him, I don't know but he'll call you back when he can". Needless to say that added attitude turned me off enough to pursue a different company I do have to say that when they did come out on schedule for the estimate and from what I gather, did a thorough job of providing as estimate.

Did a good job; recently called them again for spring cleaning. Told me they were a week out, then called back when they could schedule me sooner.

After initial estimate which was the lowest for a formed on the job gutter,had a little trouble getting estimator to return my calls for additional information.Once the job was scheduled,Two men arrived on time replaced the gutter section,and cleaned the gutters on two attached houses.The two men were quick,efficient,and extremely personable.Have used Gutter Guys for years to clean my gutters,but this is the first repair/replacement work.Would only use them!

They were on time, did the job well, was quick, perfect, nice and informative!

Just before Hurricane Sandy I had planned to clean gutters, Trim a couple trees and catch up to many other chores but only one company was available. The Gutter Guys of Moorestown did a great job. I had a $10 off coupon-not to mention I was very happy about not having to wait for some one to finish the job and with out any issues. I was impressed with the clean up after as well, I would definitely recommend this company

First,Brian from Moorstown Gutter Guys came out and spent a short time and gave a clear indication of what they planned to do, along with the price. The crew (Joe & Chris), came about a week later and spent at least 2 or more hours cleaning out the muck and seedlings out of the gutters, also removing the screen gutters from the back, which proved to be a little time consuming. They than flushed the gutters out. Afterwards, they caulked all the seams that could have caused leaking problems. I didn't expect that. All the debris was discarded and the old gutters were carted away, with them. In short, they did a great job, would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Joe M called to let me know he was on his way. Friendly and he and his assistant did a great job and cleaned up. The Gutter Guys have done all my gutters. I would call them again.

They came out the next day for an estimate to clean our gutters. The estimator was a bit pushy in assuming that we would be using their services (though we did). The estimator also made it sound as if we had to pay before they would perform the work. However, they apparently only need your credit card number if you aren't going to be home when they come to do the work. The guys that actually did the work were great - showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. We will use them again.

Got estimate on 05/22/12. Gave go ahead on 05/23/12. Although gutter type guards were in OK shape, the rep insisted that they were required to be removed and not replaced. Told they would do work in 10 business days. Called 06/04/12 to inquire when they would do work. Rep said soon. Workers arrived AM 06/07/12 unannounced and did work as per estimate. No problem with work. Cleaned up well after completion.

The Gutter Guys cleaned the gutters at my home. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They came out very promptly. They did a great job. They were not cheap, but they have a very good reputation in the area.

The service was good. Mr. Oscar, the service personnel, was great. I have used this company before, and would not have used them again if they were not great before. I used a coupon for the service.

They were scheduled to arrive and clean our gutters in Dec originally. They postponed the cleaning until Jan. On Jan 7th, the truck arrived and the man told me that our quote was not valid since we had not mentioned the addition. Gutter Guys had been servicing our house for 6 yrs and the addition is 9 yrs old. I was confused as to why he thought it was a quote he was there to do, he claimed to be calling his office and then came back to the door and announced that he could not do it for that price. What price? All I told him was what we had paid 6 mths before, honestly if they needed to increase the rate and had just said such up front when we scheduled it would not have been an issue. We were not a new quote we were a scheduled maintenance. It was apparent that this guy just did not want to do this job at all that day.

We found them on Angie's List. It's a two story colonial with a porch. They cleaned all the gutters and bagged everything then put it out front. There was no mess. They are quick and when they are done you can't tell there was any gutter mess. This is the second or third time we've used them. Each time they are quick and efficient. Their quality is good, this is why we have them back. There were scheduling issues but it was around the holidays and weather issues. They were cooperative and always kept us informed.

As usual. The workers arrived check in and got right to work cleaned all of our gutters cleaned up and left our bill.

Doug and his partner did a terrific job. They carefully cleaned all of my gutters and even came back another day to get a section that was too slippery in the rain. They bagged all of the leaves, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am thrilled with the Gutter Guys and will always use them.

They were great. They were absolutely phenomenal. The guy's name was Bill. Their presentation was great and they laid it out. I got other estimates and these guys were really great. They called me back the very next day and came out within 3 days. I had a little problem with him not getting back to me for a couple of days. I called the office and he called me back within 10 minutes and apologized. They gave me an Angie's List discount and another discount so I got the price down from $4,000 to $3,300. Their customer service has been great.

They came to our home at the scheduled time and gave us a written estimate and returned the next week to do the work. The workers arrived on time and did a great job. They were all (2 or may be 3 men came) very professional. polite and friendly/ nice. Reasonably priced.

The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. They were polite and their work was neat and tidy. They were very clean.

Okay, when they replaced gutters, I noticed a leak in one of the downspouts. They are coming back to fix it.
