The Gutter Guys would like to thank the member for the comments. The Gutter Guys takes customer service seriously as attested by our A rating and Super Service awards on AngiesList. Upon receiving this review we immediately looked in to our records to see what happen with this member as all of our customers are important to us. Our records indicate that the estimators’ initial meeting was with the member’s spouse and not the member. The spouse had requested a 2nd meeting with our installation foreman as he had received conflicting information from another company about installation. Our estimator indicates that she left messages to schedule follow up meeting with the member spouse that were never returned. Our estimator and foreman were able to meet with the spouse shortly after getting this review and went over all the options for the customer. We emailed the customer the proposal and followed up with confirmation that proposal was received. Followed up multiple times and customer has indicated that they had not decided what they were going to do. When the member decides on doing the work, if they choose us we are confident that they will be satisfied, and join over 300,000 other satisfied customers since 1988.The Gutter Guys tries hard to exceed our customers’ expectations, and we are sorry we did not meet this members expectations.
