I do not advise hiring this company to work on your place. I can't speak for the quality of work yet but the lack of care by the workers and supervisors is extremely low. Our HOA hired them to do our entire buildings roof. They were working on it during the week and I happen to come home from work at lunch to see they were working on my unit. To my dismay, they removed my skylights without my knowledge or warning of any kind and there was dirt/trash from the roof already in the living room and furniture. Myself and someone from the company placed coverings quickly to prevent further trashing of my place. Also since I had no warning of this, I now have to call work and say I cannot return since I was given no timetable of how long this will take. And for the next 5 or so hours there were holes in my roof where the workers treated them as trash cans as they threw everything down into my living room instead over the backside of the place. The lack of supervison on this job was very disapointing. These geniuses decided not to place some covering over the holes left by my skylights being removed for over 5 hours and I am sitting there watching the wind blow the coverings off throughout the day. And here is the kicker, minutes before I was told the new skylights would be placed on, some knucklehead decides to start using a leaf blower right near my two gaping holes in my roof, causing a rainstorm of debris to go ALL over my place. During the process of working on my roof, the banging knocked loose a part of my chandelier light in my stairway. I understand they are not responsible for any damage inside but since they disrespected my home I would have figured they could help fix this since I do not have a ladder that can reach this. For the next few weeks the company was working on other buildings and I would try and ask if someone with a ladder can come in to fix my light. I kept getting the run around and recently called to speak to the owner and I have gotten no call back. This company does not care about your place and when the job is done they do not care about you. Avoid at all costs!!

TaitCo was called for an estimate to replace every section of my roof, in its entirety. Spencer Tait said that it did not need to be replaced, but... knowing the history of my roof... I insisted that it did. We went back and forth numerous times with me actually asking for them to do more work. Eventually they said that my shingles were new, but that they were installed wrong and could be reinstalled properly. What he said was very true at the time. It took a bit of convincing, but they did eventually convince me that they could make all of the repairs. Fast forward past the contract, their intentional breaching of the contract, my insistence that they follow what I knew they were in violation of and you have what I thought was a complete job. It turns out, they never actually did all of the repairs, failed to disclose that very important detail, and charged me $17,000. Over the next few years, I complained of the sound of dripping and the smell of wet plaster under a small, one-room roof they did completely replace. I was told that it was humidity. When I confronted that explanation (and repeatedly complained), they stood firm. Thinking back, I'm not sure they ever thoroughly inspected that roof and simply rested on their laurels. Now, fast forward to last year when Lincoln Tait and I went back and forth over email, as their work was still under warranty. He offered to complete still unfinished work, refund what I paid for the partial repairs they did do (because it was meaningless without all of the repairs), and begin to put right what they did. However, he insisted that they were not responsible for the damage around the work they should have done but failed to do. That was not going to fly. Eventually, I told them to clearly list what they were willing to do in a contract so that my lawyer could review it. I never heard back from them. I reached out again. Still, I never heard back from them. I still didn't hear back when that roof that they were 100% responsible for had a massive leak. Turns out it wasn't humidity afterall. Still, they never responded. My lawyer and I are now preparing for a lawsuit.

The only objection you might have is the price, it was not the cheapest around. We could have maybe saved $500-$800 but he is a business that is in Moorestown. When we have used him in the past after storms he had promptly came out and only cost us a $100.

Various jobs were handled in an orderly fashion with very good attention to detail and outstanding communication! We have come to think of many other jobs we will ask Mike about in the future.
