The 3 people from Junk Rescue were great. They called to let me know exactly when they would be arriving, which was close to the beginning of the window they had given when I made the appointment, They moved and disposed of the hot tub and cover quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. All of the workers were very friendly and competent. Would hire again!

Went superbly. I used Junk Rescue about four weeks ago for a junk haul, and after being impressed then I decided to hire them again for this job. Mind you this was not an easy job (another very similar company I inquired with turned down the job based on the difficulty I had described with getting the filing cabinet upstairs in the first place), but Brandon, Collin, and two other guys (sorry I have forgotten your names!) pulled it off with flying colors. They were prepared with what they needed based on the phone conversations I had with Junk Rescue prior (they were in fact a wee bit late because they’d realized they’d forgotten something they needed on the way - but that’s okay, proper preparation is more important). I was also promised their four strongest guys and that’s what I got. They took their time, they strategized and communicated well with each other, they were very precise and careful so as to not damage my house nor hurt themselves - all in all they were extremely professional (as well as personable) and I was truly impressed. The thing that blows my mind is that while each guy costs $60/hr for this kind of service, these guys make only $10/hr - how a company acquires fantastic employees like these for so little pay is beyond me. After tips at least they each made $30 for this particular hour. With the job I had previously hired Junk Rescue for my only complaint was that we’d had some communication problems, but they responded to my review saying they were already making some changes and addressing the issue, and sure enough we did not have a repeat of that problem. Hire them - you won’t regret it. Thanks to the guys. Junk Rescue - I really think you should consider paying them more - they really deserve it!!

It was okay. I misunderstood the quote and thought amount was for full truck. I had lots of trash left to be removed.

They are a fantastic group of people. Zack, Matt, and Chris are especially excellent! They hauled one and a half trucks worth of stuff off of our property in the middle of a thunderstorm!

Excellent, careful, professional service. Zack, Sean, and Brandon called as promised to announce their arrival time, arrived at the beginning of the two hour window (15 minutes early actually), and immediately got to work. They were careful to not damage my walls and floors wiith large items coming down from the second floor. They were friendly and conversational but still focused on what they were doing. They were not aware when they had arrived that I had received a largely fixed price estimate (that I’d been given to compete with another bid), but I showed it to them and they called in to their company to ensure they could honor that as long as I hadn’t added or taken away anything, and indeed it still looked like I’d fill a truck and another third as had been estimated. They were also amenable to that since their truck would have to block a common use easement behind my house, they might have to move it briefly to let the trash trucks by that day. They were also prepared with dollys and a sawzall that was need to cut a fiberglass shower stall in half to get it out the door (cutting the stall I hadn’t even realized was going to be necessary until early that same morning and I didn’t warn them). Also dropped a grill off my 2nd floor deck without incident- would have been better to rope it down, but okay. They also were able to give me a ballpark estimate on other items I might have them load onto a moving truck in about 4 weeks. Swept up when they were done, which is a nice touch. The only reason I knock off a star for “professional” is because we had some communication problems. Prior to estimate and service, three times I had a conversation with Mike or Nathan, and someone would call me back some time later as if the conversation had never happened. One example - I had an estimate scheduled more than a week ahead of time. That morning I got a call announcing their anticipated arrival time. Two hours later someone else called and suggested that I could just take pictures and send them for the estimate because it was a small job (which it absolutely was not). I clarified the situation and it all worked out, but this kind of communication problem made me nervous. Second example - I scheduled the junk haul with Nathan the day of or after the estimate. Two days later I got a call from Mike asking if I wanted to schedule the haul, and it turns out the appointment I’d already made wasn’t in their system. Again, it worked out, but made me nervous because I had a limited amount of time in town (I now live across the country). I am still pleased that Junk Rescue was able to work with me from afar and in the limited time I had in the area, but just a little improvement needed to ensure that each hand is talking to the other. And it feels fantastic to dramatically reduce the amount of stuff I have to deal with!

The Junk Guys provided exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the actual job. The communicated regularly right up until they arrived. They were efficient, professional and friendly. They even swept the driveway where they needed to place some of the yard debris before loading it into the truck. From start to finish, this was a great experience. Hire them!

Initial confusion over deal price and piano being included. Manager intervened and resolved confusion and concerns. Dispute over amount of debris and cost. Dispute over piano removal. Management got back to me to work out an amicable agreement. I was once told,"it's not when this go well that you best judge a company, it's how they respond when things go wrong.

John and Marvin were wonderful! They arrived on time and went right to work. They were professional and courteous and did a great job getting rid of lots of junk. It was a great relief when they finished, knowing that they were hauling away all that stuff I didn't need or want anymore. They honored the Angie's List discount and the job cost less than what was originally quoted. Would definitely hire again!

The 2 men that came to clean out my garage was very friendly and hard working. They finished the job very quickly.

They arrived early. Their prices are slightly high for this area. The two of them were courteous and professional. They moved swiftly and carefully and completed the job quickly. I would recommend them again.

Overall, very good experience. After requesting a quote online, I got a call very quickly. Jake offered to come out to provide an estimate that morning. The quote was reasonable so I opted to go forward with the job. They managed to come out that afternoon! Shed was gone within hours of my first contact with them. The actual demolition was done by Mike V., Brandon, and Mike R. They were all very professional, and did a great job. Fast, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only minor issue was that the dumpster cracked my driveway a bit. In fairness, they asked whether they could put the dumpster there and I allowed it. I just kind of wish I had pushed back a little on that. No big deal though, I was planning on getting some work done on my driveway sometime near future anyway. All in all, great experience, definitely would hire again.
