Junk Rescue

Sonia and Justin came out and removed some backyard junk I had. They were professional and fast. They did a great job, will be using their services again !

I told them prior to the pick-up that it was a 2 bedroom home with bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and a den full of furniture which needed to be cleaned out. I also told them there was a garage with 2 refrigerators and a lot of junk in it. I also told them that I was driving 3hrs round trip to my deceased brother-in-law's vacant home to meet them on the day of the pickup. The pick-up was scheduled a week in advance for between 1PM and 3pm I left my home at 11 AM to meet them at the house. No one showed up an I called them at 2:30 to ask where they were. They came at 4 PM and told me that they could not fit it all in their dumpster because they had to leave room for another pickup in their dumpster. I would have to call to schedule another day for them to pick up the rest. I was very frustrated but need the home cleaned out before settlement in 7 days and paid the $506, to take away a dining room set, living room and den furniture which can be resold. I called them the next day and they assured me they will pick up the rest in 5 days. I gave the the a realtors lockbox combination and hope they clean it out before settlement next week. I will drive the 3 hour round trip to verify that they finish the Job. VERY FRUSTRATED with their service.

Love the men who showed up! Very professional and courteous and felt immediately at home with them. I super appreciated their help in taking out an old loveseat. Watch out 1-800-GotJunk! These guys are as professional as you but at MUCH more reasonable prices. They are a blessing. I'll be calling them again.

Three young fellows (Ethan, Philip, and Tyler) showed up and did an excellent job. They were experienced, well-mannered, and efficient. I would highly recommend Junk Rescue to friends. If you need furniture moved or taken away, they get the job done.
