It took them over 8 months to complete the original work. They missed a number areas that were in the original contract, specifically Caulking of window sills was missed in many places and sealing some of the attachments. It is impossible to get in touch with this company and the follow through and ownership of the work is terrible. It is now a year since the work was completed and they keep giving us the run around to complete the remaining work that was missed. Highly unreliable, unethical and unprofessional. We wish we went with someone else to begin with. STAY AWAY..

Description of Work: Roy priced and installed a new plaster ceiling in my dining room. The previous had partially collapsed due to age and other factors. He wasn't the cheapest, but he does one of the best jobs around. I have used him before and will probably use him again, if needed.
