Everything went well and they had the best presentation, the best quality a window and had a lifetime warranty that beats other companies

The first crew installed 8 windows and one door and their work was flawless and on time. The second crew a year later installed 4 windows and their work was excellent except for some of the sealant used inside the house cracked and I started to get a draft, and I later removed the sealant and applied my own which did the job.

Stories like this cannot be described in 4 lines check the dates start/end and make your conclusion false representations by the sales person, delays in starting, delivering wrong site windows and most of all lack of project management.

Extremely good to work with. Proactive with township inspectors. Very professional in workmanship and performance. Clean, courteous and effective. Would definitely hire again.

We had them over for an estimate for new windows throughout our house. It was the sales manager and a trainee whoshowed up. They were on time and seemed nice enough at first. They showed us their product and the windows seemed fine. I'm sure they're probably good windows. Then came time to pitch the sale. Boy, were they ever pushy. My husband and I were very uncomfortable. The price they quoted us was almost 3 times the amount another company had quoted us. And that was only if we signed a contract right then and there. If we had waited, the price went up by several thousand dollars, and more the longer we waited. Maybe a higher price could have been justified had the quality of window been much better, but windows they showed us had a not as good rating as windows we saw from another company. When we mentioned this, because we were curious about the crazy difference in price, the sales manager questioned the other company and made us doubt their legitimacy (through research we found the other company to be 100% legitimate). Because we were so uncomfortable with these people in our home, we were trying to get them to lay off and we told them that we were unable to commit because we needed to speak with my parents, as they were loaning us a portion of the funds to do this. Well, apparently that was not ok. Apparently everyone involved in the decision making needed to be there that night and we shouldn't have had them over for an estimate unless we were ready to make a decision on spending $16,000 + right then and there. (That's for 14 standard sized windows). We did not end up using Champion, we instead went with the other company (Thermal Quality - highly recommend!) and not only saved ourselves about $10,000, but had a very enjoyable experience from the estimate through the installation and use.

John was very professional when he arrived to estimate. The crew arrived on time and each person introduced themselves. The work is excellent. Tarps were placed on the floor and everything was cleaned up upon completion. The capping and caulking is first class. Mark was in charge of the project and keept me informed during the project. We replaced 17 windows and 3 front windows with a Bay window and it looks great.

I called the project manager Ray Tomlin. He offered me a $25 gift card, so I would have to go buy sod. I called the local police and filed a police report for the damage. The driver admitted the damage to the officer. The officer asked the driver if they have insurance and he said they did. Mr. Tomlin refused to file a claim with their insurance carrier. I would not trust this company because they aren't accountable for their actions.

The only problem I had with them was the delay in timing. It was delayed by two or three weeks. They were very price competitive with others. They were special kind of windows because they had to be matching the brown color outside because of the condominium association requirement. They said that that was the reason for the delay. Other than that, the service was fine. It eventually happened, but they were very bad in communication and letting you know. They had a person who came to measure and he was the salesperson. Then, you call their office. They have local numbers that they have created for different locations. There is probably nobody there. You call those numbers and then, it goes back to their office. So their communication was bad. They do not get back and they would not take your calls. That was a problem. It was very frustrating. I don't mind delays if somebody explains and gives us all the details of it. The date that they promised was delayed. But then the scheduling for the new date, was even worse. They wouldn't give you that. It was quite bad. The workmanship was fine. The windows are fine. They came and did it in one day.

The whole process from start to finish was timely and efficient. Ray and his men were professional and kept us aware the entire time. They ran into speed bumps along the way but managed to handle it with no problems at all. Our deck is prepared for a future sun room and I will definitely call on Ray to do the job. Thank you.

I am a repeat customer. I have had all other doors and windows replaced by Champion a few years back. The experience then was superlative. So this time around, my expectations were very high, and I am happy to report that they lived up to these expectations. Here are the specifics: Sales Process: The salesman was very knowledgeable and efficient. He understood my requirements, provided the options, priced the solution competitively, and then worked out the ordering very efficiently Measurements: The same team as the installers came to measure the current doors. As before, they were very quick, accurate and unintrusive. Installation: The product was delivered to spec, and installed flawlessly. The team was courteous and went out of their way to ensure that the work was to my satisfaction. The overall experience, once again, was superlative. I have not hesitation in recommending Champion. This team is also excellent when I called for warranty support. Prompt, courteous and competent

provided an estimate for 6 windows.... salesman was great until I was not prepared to make a decision on the spot. When I told him that I wanted to think about it and discuss with my wife - he stated that he should NEVER have met with me if I needed 'my wife' to help make the decision. Of course - the 'discount' would ONLY last until the end of the day.... so I asked him to call me at the end of the day.... of course - there was NO call. Truly a horrible experience. Their product seemed good.... but their price was much higher than similar competitors.

Installed efficiently in less than four hours. Everything cleaned up inside & out. Great job.

We are so impressed with the quality of the the sunroom that was built. We got a well built, beautiful sunroom! Mike and Jeff were excellent constructors, very hardworking, and knowledgeable and professional. We can't say enough good things about these two men! The quality of the construction was high. It was built in layers, first the footings, then the framing, then the vinyl, then the windows. Ray in the Pennsauken office did an excellent job at handling all the many complex details and went out of his way to obtain the specific decking material we needed. He also gave us excellent advice re color choices and placement of the skylights. The electricians were professional and did an excellent job, and the ac/heating unit performs well and was installed in a timely fashion. . Our salesman Robert gave us an excellent, correct vision of the sunroom and helped it to fit on to our small house in a way that ended up meeting out satisfaction and more. A written timeline from the company would have facilitated communication, making us aware of the steps that were being followed during the important planning and constructing of the project, for example, drawings made by project coordinator, homeowner to approve drawings, drawings submitted to architect, and many other steps along the way. We felt that any planning that was done, was crucial to the final success of the project! It was about four months from the time we signed on the dotted line to finish of this lovely room which is extremely reasonable. The construction itself took about four weeks. If anyone wants to add a well built, four season room, with excellent windows, in a cost effective manner, we recommend this company. Lastly, a further discussion of the advantages of tinted windows may have been helpful, we declined the tint, but realized after it may have given us more privacy. Looking back, we would probably have declined tinted windows, preferring a clearer view, and we love our shades we had installed.

The install guys were a little late, but they called me. They worked hard the whole day and did fantastic job with installing windows. They also stayed extra time to put up my blinds.

The 2 men were on time and very respectful of keeping my house clean. They cleaned up after themselves after each window. Very neat and professional. Only too 1/2 hour lunch. It was not cheat but I did get some discounts.

I called back once a week. It was not a good experience.

They were not very professional. The window people were terrible. The only people who were okay was the front door installer. I think this is all due to a lack of management with the company. The gutter people did a terrible job. I had to have them come back out far too many times. When they would come out they would never be on time to repair their issue. The gutter people were supposed to come at 9 am once and then didn't show back up until roughly 2 pm that day. When they did install the gutters they didn't even install the gutter guards so I had to call Champion again and they had messed up my order with that as well. It was one pain after another. There was no communications and it was horrible. The only thing that I was really impressed with was the people who did my siding. They were awesome. I really couldn't be happier with how that turned out.

It was fine. I thought their price was a little too high -I probably would not use them again. It was a good job.

I first contacted and signed my contract for service in mid September of 2014. The installer and salesman returned the following day to take measurements and specifics. We went over details of what I wanted, and I was told that the approximate lead time was 4-6 weeks but they had been seeing things coming on the earlier side. I was thrilled with this information and it was primarily the reason I chose Champion (in addition to the quality of the windows and doors). 6 weeks came and went, and I began contacting the Pennsauken office for details. I left many messages with Paulette and did not receive any response until I contacted the main office with my concerns. The following day (November 11) I received a phone call from the division manager telling me that my order was not placed and that it would be another 6 weeks. I was 34 weeks pregnant at the time and explained that the reason I chose Champion was because I needed the new windows and doors to complete work on my house before we brought a baby home. I expected a large company like Champion to be able to provide the windows on a schedule that they gave. I was offhandedly offered diapers and formula. This was not acceptable. I demanded that another installer came to measure/go over the details of my order because I did not trust that the information was correct. The windows were installed in one day by a wonderful installation team on December 12, 2014 - 12 weeks after the original order was placed, and despite the delay we have been happy with the product. I received a call on January 2, 2015 saying that the doors were ready to be installed, however on the date they were scheduled to be installed a manufacturing mistake was discovered. I left messages with the company for clarification and it took 2 weeks for a response and even then there was no update on the status of the doors. The entry door was finally installed on February 24, 2015, but was not what I was expecting. Many things were wrong. The door hardware that we provided was not installed (so we will have to do that installation ourselves), the transom was to be clear glass but privacy glass was intalled and the door casing was to be white, but green was installed to match the door. I thought it was clear to the salesman that the inside of the door was to be white, but it was also green (yay, we get to paint a factory painted door), but this information did not make it onto the illegible carbon copy of the sales receipt that I had, so it was nearly impossible for me to check what was actually being ordered. As an architect, I expected at least a typed sales order (or shop drawings) so that I could confirm my order, because everything seemed too casual, but I was expected to trust that things would be done according to my wishes. They were not delivered according to my wishes, and now I have to live with the fact that I made a horrible decision choosing Champion and I have spent way too much money on a product that was not what I wanted and was finally installed 23 weeks after the order was placed - when I was told 4-6 weeks. I have received a voicemail from Champion on 4/1 saying that my clear transom glass is ready, and I have yet to schedule the installation date. I hope that after this is switched out (and that part of the door made right) that this is the last contact I have with this company ever. Update: 9/19/2015 - the installation team has come out to my house three times (I have had to take off work to meet them), and each time they have not had the correct glass for my transom replacement. The last time they were out was 8/4/15 and I have not heard a word from the company since. I have left several messages for Kelly since the last time they were out, but have yet to receive a call back in 6 weeks. It has been over a year since the order was placed, and it is still not complete.

It was fine. They were helpful. They got the job done within the time frame that we asked for. The communication was good. The quality was very good.

I made an appointment with them. They called me back to let me know they needed to cancel and they would get back with me to rescedule, they never did. I contacted them again and they said that someone would contact me for the second time and no one ever did.

The quality and workmanship was amazing. The guys that came were great. My issue was with the actual staff there, because they kind of giving us the run around on when we would get it installed and it was really stressful. They kept giving me excuses. They quoted us a certain amount of time and they didn't follow through that installation time.

They were very professional in their installation They were punctuational and cleaned up afterwards. All work was completed in one day. Their materials for their windows are not vinyl, but their own manufactured product. This one one of the reasons I chose them over other companies.

All representatives of Champion were on time or ahead of schedule. The installers were meticulous and pleasant. We received four windows in error (2 frosted and 2 with incorrect number of gridlines). We followed up with Paul who assured us that these errors would be rectified. Update on 1/5/2016: The errors were not rectified until 12/5/2015. The company made no effort of apology or restitution. They felt that they had completed their contracted obligation. We had the wrong windows in our house for over a year. We attempted numerous times to reach a representative from the company to accelerate the correction process without response. They lost the order 3 times for the corrected windows. They had to send someone out 3 different times to re-measure the windows. They sent broken windows in October. I sent an email requesting a refund for the 4 windows. That's when I received a call back from the district manager. He told me there is no way they will give us the money back. He asked how many days we had to take off work for compensation purposes. Because I volunteer he said there is no way he can compensate me since I don't get paid. Then he asked if anyone else in the home that has a paying job had to miss work. My husband did miss 1 day. The district manager, Jeff Hazelton, said if we provide a check stub for my husband for that time period he would prorate for the day he had to stay home and compensate us in that manner.
