Painting went well at the beginning, but after 2 days into the week long job I saw less painters than originally discribed, painters cleaning brushes in my kitchen sink and getting paint on the new kitchen faucet and left to dry. This still continued after I even brought it up to their manager/sales individual. I also highlighted some concerns with paint lines not being clean and professional looking around the baseboard trim, this still didn't improve and felt like i was talking to a wall when addressing it. Corners seemed to be cut because they didn't use drop cloths everywhere when painting resulting in paint damage to the carpets that i noticed days after they left. When I emailed them about this with pictures, all I received back was a thank you and my full price invoice thrown back in my face to pay. All in all, I'm not going to be a returning customer.

CertaPro painters did a lot of work and the quality was very good. The popcorn ceiling removal was tough but done quickly and they were able to fix marks in the ceiling and now you would never know the popcorn ceiling was ever there. There were also a number of drywall patches that had to be done including a very large patch where a return vent used to be and they did a fantastic job in that repair. After all of that work the final job was well done and they were actually cheaper than other estimates I got.

The owner of this franchise was suppose to come on a date agreed upon by both parties. He was a no show.

What a joke, 3 times the price of other two estimates.

Always professional. Will be using them to paint our nursery. We have used Certa for our kitchen, family room, hallway and bathroom.

Overall we were very satisfied with the job. The workers were prompt and courteous. We did have a few minor complaints. they did not tape any of the hardware (hinges, latch) on the deck or wall so there was some paint splatter. The only other minor issue that I had was that I had to request that someone come out for a consultation to discuss color and type of paint. I was initially told to go to the nearest Sherwin Williams paint store myself to pick out the paint that I wanted. When I requested an in-home consultation, I received on with no problem, and the consultant was very helpful and courteous. I just thought a paint consultation should have been included and not by request.

It turn out great form Mark, Lori, Ricardo and his painters. They where all wonderful to work with. And would use them again in a heartbeat. Also highly recommend them. You will be pleased. Painters left everything neat and clean Above and Beyond Service. Give then a At rating Thank All of You

Great job! Very professional, reasonably priced, and the job was finished in a timely manner. We are using them again to paint some other rooms in our house.

I used them a few years ago. They did interior painting to three rooms. They did all the wood work and they took down the blinds and they put them up back. They were punctual and they did nice work.

The painters were punctual, neat, respectful of our possessions, pets, home and did an excellent job prepping and painting the room. Cleanup was great as well. They arrived as promised, worked efficiently, asked relevant questions, and were very concerned about our satisfaction.

Representative was professional and provided an understanding of what needed to be done. He was clear and concise. Estimate provided for the work was fair and reasonable.

JOB WENT VERY WELL. MY WIFE CAN FIND FAULT WITH A SAINT AND SHE HAD NO FAULTS ANDLOVED THE JOB,THE COURTESY OF THE PAINTERS, MARK THE OWNER CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND IT WAS ACCURATE. I MADE A CHANGE WHICH WAS TO PAINT THE INSIDES OF THE CLOSETS AND IT WAS NO PROBLEM, I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN TO DO MY LIVING ROOM. PRIOR TO GETTING CERTA PRO I WAS RIPPED OFF BY MICHAEL'S PAINTING AND ANGIES LIST RECOMMENDED DEREK DEVITO. HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE BUT DID NOT SEND ME AN ESTIMATE AS HE HAD PRMISED. HE HAD TOO MANY JOBS PROBABLY. THAT EXPERIENCE MAKES ME STEER AWAY FROM INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS IF I CAN AVOID THEM. .

The painting crew came out on tuesday morning and worked very hard, non stop through out the day. They came back early Wednesday morning to finish the job. My wife and I are very meticulous and the men who painted did a remarkable job. There were no crooked lines and everything was done with personal touch. If you ever find yourself in a position where you need to hire a painter, there is nobody I would recommend more than Certapro Painters of Vineland. Your project will be completed with careful precision, within your budget, and your happiness will remain a top priority. We heard about Mark Kahn and the work he provides through many friends and neighbors who have used him in the past. With every job, they always call Certapro painters. We can see why now! Awesome job!!! Definitely RECOMMENDED!

Called to have estimates done to remove wallpaper from a dining room, bedroom, foyer, two hallways, stairway and spackle and paint all the areas where that wallpaper was previously. Mark Hahn, the owner, came out the next day to look at the job for an estimate and they were the best price. The workers started the following week on Wednesday and were finished by Saturday. They did a great job and were very respectful of our home. Lori called several times during the job to make sure everything was going well. The company didn't want any deposit and asked us to pay at the end of the job after we inspected the work and we were able to use the $100.00 coupon from Angie's List

CertaPro did a great job! Mark was very nice and helped me select the interior colors; the painters were on time and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner! Great paint job & they were very thorough! I would definitely use them again!

Arrived on time. The painters were courteous and wanted us to be pleased with their work. They asked questions as needed and their job was completed before promised. They were exceptionally clean and mindful of our furniture, artwork, pets and decorative items. Exceptional work.

The biggest thing I can say about Certa Pro is that they are unprofessional and inconsiderate of their customers. I had some work done with another company who subcontracted Certa Pro to stain and paint some doors. It took a couple weeks for Certa Pro to contact me to make an appointment. Once the call was made (I missed it) I returned their phone call within 20 minutes. I didn't get a call back for a week. Once my appointment was made, I specifically asked what time the crew would arrive so I would have someone home to greet them. On the day of my appointment, the crew arrived 15 minutes early, found no one home (my husband had run out to grab something at Wawa) and left. I returned the voicemail left for me, and was told that I needed to reschedule because the crew was already well on their way out of town. I rescheduled for two days later & was told that I'd be "first thing" in the morning at 8:30am. The date of the second appointment arrived, and my husband didn't dare leave the house. When it got to be 9am, I called Certa Pro & was advised that they should be there between 8:30-9:30am, not 8:30 as promised. The work was in progress, and the front door needed another coat of stain and a clear coat. The crew advised my husband that they would be back the next day to finish up & that someone would give us a call. I recieved a voicemail late the same day, and returned the call the next morning to inquire as to when the crew would arrive. It's now 11:30AM, and my husband is stuck in the house waiting on the crews arrival as I cannot get anyone to return a phone call to me. The phones go into voicemail. It's clear to me that Certa Pro does work on their own timing with no consideration for their customers. This experience was unfortunate, because I have some paiting that I need to contract out which I was considering allowing them to bid on. Obviously, I will go elsewhere

The owner, Mark, came to my home to provide ideas and an estimate. He gave me an estimate for two jobs seperately as I was unsure if I would do both or just one at this time. The painters arrived as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of my home. The walls were in very bad condition and they looked like new when they finished. When they left there was literally no hint that they had been there working. Everything was cleaned up and put back perfectly.

Mark Kahn met me at the house for a consultation. He was prompt, courteous and extremely patient. I'm no interior designer so I was just going to paint everything white to save myself the hassle but Mark took the effort out of color selections. He spent about 2 hours with me going over paint samples and showing how one color can flow into another. His crew of two guys arrived promptly on a Monday morning and, much to my surprise, were finished that same day. I was delighted because I was on a short time frame for moving in that weekend. The colors were awesome and the house felt warm and inviting, not a sterile white. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were very nice and accommodating. We ended up going up with someone we had done business with before on interior painting. I have no reason to think they wouldn’t do a good job. We would of needed to revise the estimate since we changed the back of the house. He came and adjusted it so we were pleased with the estimate. The other guy had just become available at the time. We almost felt bad since they worked with us very well. I could not have asked for more on how they handled the estimate. They were so good and professional that if I needed to have more work done professional I would call them and recommend them to other people.

Their quote was good. They were prompt. My son decided he would do the work for me, which is why I did not use them.

The walls had not been painted for many years. It required more paint than what was originally contracted for. They did an absolutely wonderful job. They were neat and clean. They were just terrific.

The story goes: Nick, the carpenter arrived at my home on 5/22/12 right on time just as he said he would. He was extremely friendly and at all times kept me informed of everything he was doing or about to do. He was very friendly to me andmy elderly parents. He made them laugh and is a true gentlemen!! He was patient with them as they asked questionsand answered any questions I had with full explanations! Although I did not have much interaction with the painter, I was very pleased with the work he provided. I was extremely impressed with how quickly he got the job done with absolutely NO mess whatsoever anywhere!! Lori, was extremely helpful as well. Whenever I called, she answered all my questions and went out of her way toaccomodate my schedule.
