Unbelievably well! I was given a quote over the phone after I told them exactly what I wanted done. I was very demanding and detailed as I wanted a spotless kitchen, from top to bottom, including; walls, ceilings, fans, electronics, oven, stove, counter tops, cabinets, inside/outside of the fridge, etc.. You get the idea. I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned. Well, I was NOT Disappointed! I have never seen a person work so hard as the person who BOLDSAY sent over to clean. I meant RELENTLESSLY attacked the job for 5 straight hours without even taking a break. I must admit, my kitchen was in pretty bad shape, I'm sure in much worse shape than most, so it might have come as a surprise to the worker. But that did not stop him from doing the absolute BEST job ever! I cannot say enough about this company. I am definitely hiring them to do a deep cleaning of my entire house, and then continue with bi-weekly maintenance. If you are thinking about hiring a cleaning company for your home, this is the one you want! My kitchen looks like the day I moved in 20 years ago! Thank you Boldsay. Thank you Frank!!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. At 8:05 AM no one showed and there was no call. So I called them and was told that I was about to get a call. So 35 minutes they arrived with only 1 person. I was then told the other staff was on the way. Later since no staff showed the 1 person left the job to pick up someone at the Moorsetown office. Again 35 minutes later 2 people came back and finished the job. The house is about 1400 sf of living space and it took from 8:35 to 1:30 to do the job. It should not have taken this long. The cleaning job was good but the lateness, lack of staff, and no discount off the price for being late/length of cleaning job made me score low. Also I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. The work was done on a Tuesday and today is Thursday and I still have not received it.
